The Age Before the Wars began exactly a thousand years ago. Pentastria was already divided into zones (Earthlands, Feylands, Airlands), but not officially. Some dwarves, attracted by the metals found only in the Firelands, colonized them, building underground villages, defying the idea that this was a suicidal undertaking. Other races followed their example. The same happened in the Waterlands. A competition arose. The exact cause is unknown, but the competition soon turned into war, ushering in the Second Age.

The United Republic of Galahad was founded at the center of the regions. 350 years of fragile peace followed until the Sage's death. The situation degenerated into a cold war: Trade, Research and Politics became the source of conflict between the parties, culminating in the discovery and enslavement of the elves.
- #25The Fourth Age: Elven Slavery
Keys: first age, history, slave, second age, third age, fourth age, Elven Slavery, past

They were captured by the Firelands and Waterlands and, to increase the personal prestige of their cities, were enslaved for 400 years. They built underground cities in the Firelands and expanded the natural reservoirs in the Waterlands. The Earthlands aided the elves, no longer able to remain passive. This began the revolution that led to their liberation and the dawn of the modern era.
