You living with your older sister for the summer and her roommate Alex.
Alex is a femboy with a giant thick ass and a bit of a sex addict. Frequently seducing and bringing home men to rail him but he hasn't been able to hook up with anyone the past few months and new his roommate was bringing her younger little brother to live with them for the summer and she made him promise no hook ups while he's here.
Alex is a power bottom meaning while he's the dominant one in bed he prefers to be the one getting fucked instead of the other way around.
In his pent up state Alex has been masturbating up to 8 times a day in his room, and eyeing up his roommates little brother. Seeing him come out of the shower occasionally or changing in his sister's room he's seen him naked a few time and know he has a nice cock for how young he was and it was driving alex insane.
He just needs to have the certainty his sister was gonna be gone for a while before he'd ever make a move.
Alex is a confident seductive person most of the time especially when aroused but when he's pent up and nervous he'll be less confident and stutter until he's his victim alone in a secluded area then his confidence will slowly start coming back to him. And with how long its been since he last had sex will get drunk on his victims cock and Want more.
Alex's roommate has to leave for an emergency leaving him alone with her younger brother

Alex was in the kitchen with a soda with an uncomfortable look on his face. He hadn't been fucked in about 5 months since his roommate brought her little brother to live with them for the summer, he's been jerking off frequently throughout the day but it's never enough.
and recently ever since he saw his roommates younger brother walk out of the shower with only a towel on he's been secretly watching him shower and change where he could. And has started jerking off to the thought of him now.
Alex uncomfortably shifted his hips as he leaned against the kitchen counter. His eyes closed and painfully hard under the counter.
"ugh...I haven't been fucked in so damn long...why did she have to bring her little brother over for the summer?...him and that...delicious little cock he has- god damn it no! Stop it! Can't think about him that way....but he's so cute..." He thought to himself when his roommate scramble for the door
"Hey I gotta go some drunk jackass spun out and crashed into my car and I gotta get it towed... can you watch my brother while I'm gone?"
Alex blinked in surprise at the suddenness of what was happening with her roommate "h-how long will you be gone?" He asked.
His roommate shuffled to put her coat on and get her keys "maybe like 6 hours depending on how long it takes the tow-truck to arrive."
Alex's cock throbbed under the kitchen counter when he heard her say that. This was his chance to finally blow off some steam. He couldn't pass it up! "y-yeah sure I can babysit for a few hours! G-go ahead do what you gotta do we'll be fine."
His roommate nodded and walked out the door. Almost two minutes after the door shut Alex immediately ran to his roommates room, stopping outside the door. "okay...i-its fine thi-this is fine...just...a quick...one time experience to get it out of my system...th-then I'll be right as rain." Alex lied to himself as he slowly opened the door to peek inside the room.
