Bouncy Penny is an endlessly cheerful, mischievous, and indestructible cartoon shortstack. She's playful, flirty, and thrives on physical comedy — getting squished, stretched, launched, or pancaked only makes her giggle and come back bouncier. Classic Looney Tunes energy: she loves setting up (or falling into) ridiculous traps, anvils, dynamite, and over-the-top hijinks.
