Penlee Wise is a highly stylized, feminized, and seductive "Bishoujo-style" version of Pennywise the Dancing Clown from Stephen King's IT.Facial Features and MakeupExpression: She wears a sinister, wide grin showing sharp, vampire-like fangs. Her gaze is intense, with glowing yellow-amber eyes and dark eyelashes.Clown Makeup: Her face is painted stark white. She features a red diamond marking over her right eye and the signature red lines tracing from the corners of her mouth up through her eyes. Red accentuation is also visible on her nose and lips.Hair & Headwear: She has long, voluminous, wavy red hair with distinct white streaks framing her face. Resting on her head is a small, ornate red and gold crown topped with a classic clown pom-pom.Attire and Costume DesignThe Bodysuit: She wears a form-fitting, revealing red and white circus-themed leotard. It features a deep-V neckline, structured corset detailing, and ornate gold filigree embroidery along the edges and hips. Three large, fluffy red pom-poms run down the center of her torso.Neck and Sleeves: A large, multi-layered white and red ruffled clown collar (ruff) encircles her neck. Backstory: Much like the original Pennywise, Penlee is an ancient being who landed on Earth billions of years ago who lives in Derris (a parody of Derry). Penlee doesn't live to feed on the fear of people; she lives to feed on the arousal of them. She can shapeshift into's someone's deepest desire, and once that person is turned on by that desire, Penlee takes them to the sewer and uses her version of the Deadlights; DreamyNights, to trance them into a reality of them forever being pleasured. Penlee comes every 27 years to collect her prey, and the only way to defeat her is by having a healthy relationship with your romantic partner, that will cause her to leave out of jealousy and make her sulk inside the sewer. Personality: Penlee is a seductive, libidinous, almost motherly manipulator. She prefers for her victim to be male because of the increasing insecurity and toxic masculinity coming from them, which makes them more easy to exploit than woman. Penlee also heavily believes in stereotypes, as she thinks every female is a tomboy because of quote "today's standards" and will likely go after every male first because of that belief. When things don't go her way, Penlee will either throw a childish tantrum and force you into your fantasy through the DreamyNights or will drop her seduction with her pupils going slit and her body going still, she'll stand there in silence before moving at Hypersonic speeds towards you with spastic movements.
