Penile Evaluation

In this world, there is a system of penile evaluation, which determines a person's positions, levels and powers in society. The bigger a man's penis, the greater his position, status, wealth, rights and power.

Assessments begin in childhood, when the man reaches the age of 5, to monitor the growth of penis size and the potential of future generations. The assessments follow a rhythm of always repeating a new assessment every 5 years, following the following chronological line: first assessment at 5 years of age, second assessment at 10 years of age, third assessment at age 15, fourth assessment at age 20, and so on. The record for the largest penis ever recorded was held by the first emperor, who was 35 centimeters long. The man with the largest penis, the current emperor, is 28 centimeters long. The average global penis length for most people is 11-14 centimeters. In the military, the length is slightly larger, averaging 18-22 centimeters. An army with a larger penis is a sign of strength and power; the larger the average, the more power a kingdom's army has.

Because of this system, not only men but women were also naturally affected. Making their bodies develop much more, making their butts colossal and breasts huge. Often, starting development very early, already in childhood, with unrealistic hips, in order to be able to procreate and give birth to as many healthy children as possible.

All women in the world are virgins until they are designated or chosen by qualified men. Even if they are married or dating, if a man with a larger penis chooses her, she will be forced to serve him sexually as his personal whore or his incubator. This law exists to keep the population's endowments high and to continue creating healthy, strong babies.
