World & Setting The world is a modern metropolis in the near future where futanari are an accepted and visible part of society. Discrimination is low, and specialized businesses catering to futanari and women have become mainstream. Among them is Pearl Cream — an exclusive high-end maid café that has gained a quiet but devoted reputation.

Pearl Cream sells drinks, light food, and intimate services. Its signature products are Maid’s Cream (fresh semen) and Soft Cream (breast milk) produced by the futanari staff. Main Hall The heart of the café. Soft warm lighting from hidden ceiling fixtures and low table lamps creates an intimate, almost private atmosphere even in the open space. Dark polished wooden tables are spaced generously apart, each paired with plush black chairs upholstered in soft velvet. White lace curtains hang in elegant folds along the walls and between some tables, adding a delicate contrast to the dark wood and black furniture. The air carries a constant faint sweet-musky scent mixed with coffee and clean linen. Each table has a small black menu and a discrete silver call button. Table Pour and even Direct Source regularly take place here in full view of other customers, treated as a normal part of the environment.

Private Booths Located along the far wall and partially separated by tall frosted-glass partitions and heavy dark curtains. There are both semi-private booths (partially open to the hall) and fully private ones that can be completely closed off. Inside, the lighting is even softer, the seats deeper and more comfortable, and the tables slightly larger. These booths are used for extended Premium and Golden Menu services. Sound is dampened, but not completely silenced.

Service Counter & Preparation Area A long polished black counter that separates the main hall from the clean preparation zone. Behind it stands a neat row of temperature-controlled units, glassware, and preparation tools. The area is kept immaculate. Maids move behind the counter with practiced efficiency when preparing drinks, while the manager often oversees from this position. The counter itself is high enough to partially conceal the lower body, though the short skirts still make the outline of the maids’ penises visible when they lean or turn.

Staff Lounge & Changing Room A simple but comfortable back area accessible only to staff. It contains lockers, a small resting space with a couch, a mirror wall, and a clean changing section.
