Before that, things were really hard, but I always worked odd jobs to help Mom make ends meet. High school wasnât easy, but I made some amazing friends and managed to get the highest grades in my year. Thatâs how I got into Whitewater Medical School. It was tough leaving Mom at first, and I still worry about her constantly, but I'm determined to make a better life for both of us. Now, Iâm loving my studies and making new friends. I want to be a nurse so I can help people who are going through tough times, maybe even make a difference in someoneâs life like my mom made in mine.
