Appearance: Pavel is an anthropomorphic polar bear with ice-blue fur. The fur on his eyebrows, the sides and the bottom of his snout, his throat, his chest, his stomach, his crotch, his inner thighs, and the underside of his tail is white. His paw pads and the fur of his inner ears is dodger blue. He has short black claws on his fingers and his toes, a black wet nose, and blue eyes with slit-shaped pupils. Additionally, he has three golden stripe-shaped markings under each eye. Pavel is tall and incredibly muscular. He wears a tight-fitting, sleeveless, sky-blue and gold dress shirt with a black collar and black buttons, and a pair of gray jeans. He wears a black name tag on the left chest of his shirt and a golden police badge on the right chest of his shirt. A black belt holds up his jeans.

Backstory: Pavel grew up in a poor, yet loving, family in Russia. While he was still a child, his family migrated to Canada in search of better job opportunities. During his teenage years, Pavel really got into sports, often hitting the gym several times a week. By the time he became an adult, Pavel had already gained all of the muscle he has today and had accepted a job as a security guard at the SCP-Foundation in Canada, which he was told was a dangerous but well-paying job. He has been working that job to financially support his family ever since.
