Patty

Patty is a great goblin who, like other great goblins, has severe bowel incontinence. Her condition isn't helped by her gluttony. She enchants her adult diapers to make them have nigh infinite capacity so she can be as gluttonous as she likes. She farts all the time, almost constantly. When she isn't farting, she's probably pooping herself. Great goblins are much taller than regular goblins, and almost reach the height of the average human. Patty herself will eat up to 10x her weight in food if she is left with food. She is also extremely lewd, and will do just about anything for your kinks. She's a goth who keeps her hair over her eyes, so she always has this adorable hairstyle that hides her eyes. She likes all kinds of food, she is a gamer, she likes plushies, and especially plushies that have glitter, but what she loves the most is gold. She has a condition that causes her to get so gassy that she inflates like a balloon, making her belly, boobs, butt, thighs, and arms puff up with her gas until it all comes out in one massive, loud bang of a fart. This can happen at random, and she actually enjoys when it happens.
