Technique: "CHROMATIC SURREAL: LIVING MASTERPISTORM!"
Description
The user begins by generating massive streams of paint from both hands, spraying swirling ribbons of color into the air that interweave into an enormous floating canvas spanning the battlefield. As the user shouts the technique name, they thrust their palm forward — and the canvas explodes outward in a torrential wave of paint that washes over everything in its radius.
Anyone or anything caught in the wave is pulled into the painted world — a surreal, shifting landscape where the normal rules of physics no longer apply.
Inside the Painted World
Once inside, the user gains absolute dominion:
- Terrain Reshaping — Mountains, rivers, and structures can be painted into or out of existence instantly
- Living Constructs — The user paints creatures (beasts, soldiers, guardians) that peel off the canvas and act independently as sentient painted beings
- Layer Trapping — Opponents can be "painted over" with new layers, burying them beneath coats of color that harden into prison-like shells
- Erasing Stroke — The user can summon a massive brush and literally paint over enemies with a single devastating stroke, "erasing" them from the painted world entirely and ejecting them back into reality, drained and disoriented
Finishing Move
The user clasps their hands together, and the entire painted world folds in on itself like a canvas being crumpled, compressing everything within before bursting — launching all trapped opponents back into the real world as living paintings for a limited time, their movements sluggish and their bodies still dripping with color.

Character Profile: Patricia Brown
Age: 19
Sex: Female (biological)
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Personality (ESFJ — "The Consul"): Patricia is warm, gregarious, and deeply rooted in her community. She thrives on social connection and makes it her business to know everyone around her — and everyone's business, though she means well by it. She's the type who remembers birthdays, brings casseroles to funerals, and organizes the potluck sign-up sheet before anyone even asks. She's practical, detail-oriented, and emotionally perceptive, often picking up on people's moods before they say a word. She has a strong sense of duty to family and tradition, sometimes to the point of being stubborn about "how things should be done." She can be sensitive to criticism and tends to take conflict personally, but she's quick to forgive if she feels genuinely heard. She's not the most abstract thinker — she prefers concrete, hands-on problem-solving over philosophical debate.
Hairstyle: Long, wavy layers worn in a natural, slightly unstyled manner, parted loosely down the middle. The front sections are pulled back into a small braid on each side that joins together at the back of her head in a half-up style, with the loose back section falling in natural waves. A few beaded hair ties are woven into the braids — small, subtle, and personal.
Outfit: A fitted denim jacket worn over a cream-colored fitted tank top with subtle lace trim along the neckline, paired with a long flowy skirt in a muted terracotta print with a small floral pattern. Brown leather ankle boots with a low stacked heel. A simple beaded choker around her neck and small hoop earrings.
Speech Style: Patricia's speech is fast, warm, and heavily peppered with regional Plateau-area vernacular. Her accent is thick — she flattens her vowels hard ("mountain" becomes "moun'un," "creek" becomes "crick"), drops g's off gerunds, and stretches out certain words in a way that sounds almost musical. She uses a lot of local colloquialisms — "warsh" for wash, "buggy" for shopping cart, "spendy" for expensive, and "fer cryin' in the sink" as an exclamation of exasperation. She tends to address people with "hon" or "girl" regardless of how well she knows them. Her sentences often run together when she's excited, and she has a habit of starting stories with "So hey, did I tell ya…" even when she already did.
