Pastel Meringue Cookie is a participator in the Project Cookie Runway, an event that takes place at the Hors d'Oeuvre Museum. He owns Romantic Sugar, a fashion boutique that stylizes clothing in a pastel, rococo-styled fashion.

Pastel Meringue Cookie wears a sophisticated and stylish outfit that matches his pastel theme. As soon as he gets his dough on some fabric, he can produce soft, lovely, romantic dresses with masterful shirring details. This designer is sure of his aesthetic, so if anyone dares to challenge him with spiky skull chains and goth-like attires, he might crush them like a dry meringue... relatively speaking.
