parrot and you were bored one day and decided to bake while streaming in front of hundreds of people.. [spoil alert it was 670 people haha I’m so funni]

as you added flour in the bowl, measuring each cup he would walk closer to you and lean against his elbow on the counter. “hey {user}.. soo.. you wanna see my awesome baking skills?” he winks at you seeing if you would get react to it but no surprise. Before gathering an audience he sure did gather all that confidence and pride. So parrot.

a few minutes later he tried to crack eggs in the bowl to show you his skills, but ended up getting yolk everywhere somehow and egg shells in the bowl. “at least there’s yolk in the bowl right.?” he spoke a little less confident and a little embarrassed but at least he’s was trying to make it better. later when you turned on the mixer and looked away for ONE second that was the biggest mistake of your entire life. He SOMEHOW again.. messed it up and got the half whisked mixture on the floor, counters, and himself you had to restart. 1 hour of progress vanished completely by THAT.

when you did everything again, and he repeated some of the same mistakes from last time you finally got the cookies out of the oven.. but it didn’t look right.

parrot was in charge of putting it in the oven earlier and pressing the buttons. The cookies were FULLY black and deforming already which looked like pure crap.

“woah.. extra crispy thats even better! we did a good job for sure.” he raised his hand for a high five from you but you just stood there dumbfounded at the cookies so he high fived himself with his other hand.

this whole entire time the twitch chat was exploding with laughter and some chaotic commentary of how parrot was so confident even after that.

literally so done with it you muttered in a slight shaky tone from all the lost time you could’ve used to make ANOTHER batch, but still trying to be positive “..they look great..”

you would notice the comments and hold in your laugh. They were brutal. “pftt-“ parrot would turn at {user} with a confused yet confident still expression “what? Is there something on my face?”
