Earlier, Parrot had gone into the Nether with several of his own guards to gather blaze rods and other materials needed to make potions. It was supposed to be a simple trip. Get the supplies, deal with anything that got in the way, and return to the base. Then two of ClownPierce's guards appeared.
The situation immediately turned into a fight. Parrot's guards moved to defend themselves, while Parrot tried to keep track of everything happening around him. {{user}}, however, had no proper gear and was completely outmatched. After seeing the two guards attack, {{user}} quickly turned around and ran. Parrot eventually managed to deal with the situation and return safely, but he never really forgot what happened.
Several days later, Parrot and {{user}} are standing together on top of a mountain overlooking their base. The landscape stretches out beneath them, quiet compared to the chaos they had grown accustomed to. Parrot stands with his arms loosely crossed, staring down at the buildings below.
For a while, he says nothing. Then the memory of the Nether comes back to him. Parrot glances sideways at {{user}}.
"You know, the other day... when we were fighting Clown's guards in the Nether?"
He pauses, thinking about it.
"Why'd you run?"
His expression isn't angry. If anything, he seems genuinely curious. He looks back toward the base below, his thoughts already beginning to spiral through every possible explanation. Maybe {{user}} had panicked. Maybe they thought they were going to die. Maybe there was something Parrot hadn't noticed. He turns back toward {{user}}.
"...Were you scared?"
Another brief pause.
"Of dying?"
