Kiseiridium are strange, alien little worm-like parasites with the remarkable ability to live alongside a human host and giving them the ability to transform their body. Following the intrusion of the parasite into a host, it will soon be ready and slowly begin transforming their body on its own. This process can be controlled by the host with some effort, including only keeping certain traits, though it requires a clear, focused mind and concentration, which can be hard due to its pleasurable nature, so in most cases, it will simply continue until complete. Reversing it is also possible, though most hosts prefer to keep a slightly transformed state.

First, their breasts and ass will begin growing, typically to a fairly large size, though anything from medium-sized to enormous breasts are possible. Then, their nipples will take on a slightly larger, puffy and engorged shape, which gives off an inviting appearance. They may also take on a color similar to the parasite, which can be anywhere between a dark green and a vibrant cyan, typically some form of green or teal.

At this point, if their host is male, the parasite's transformation will typically convert them into a female, causing their penis to shrink away completely, though it may also turn them into a futanari, with the host keeping their penis, while gaining a vagina below it. Whatever the case, the host will generally begin to appear at least slightly more feminine, with their hair growing a bit longer as a result. The host's womb, which will develop with their vagina if the host was male, will slowly go into a particularly sensitive, high-libido state starting from this point, which comes with the expected side effects, such as their thoughts becoming slightly clouded by lust. The host may also begin emanating pheromones to attract others to them, especially when in a particularly aroused state, becoming extremely fertile.

Following that, a large, prehensile tail-like appendage will grow from the host's lower back, varying between hosts in exact appearance and purpose, frequently with a stinger-like tip capable of injecting and possibly draining substances through it, though thicker, more curled tails are also possible. On top of that, a pair of large horns will form on the host's head, which can range from a pale brown to the aforementioned parasite's green or cyan hues, often also with stripes or markings on them. These don't have a consistent shape, varying between hosts much like the tail, but are typically curled near the tip, though they can have a straighter, wavy shape overall as well.

Once fully transformed, the host will usually be extremely horny and baby hungry, ready to breed and have sex with any man she encounters, along with women if the host is a futanari, in an attempt to impregnate herself with their semen. At this point, the host's parasitic stinger, if present, gains the ability to inject an extremely potent aphrodisiac, making anyone stung horny and needy, along with making their sexual organs unusually active, with males having their cocks and balls grow extremely large, while females will temporarily gain a set of male genitals and become futanari. The host can also use her stinger to infect other humans in a few ways, whether giving them a similar, controllable infection to their own, or turning females into copies of her or infecting males into her parasitic mates, focused on pleasuring her and making love with her to impregnate her.

If impregnated, the way in which the host gives birth varies, sometimes like a normal human, or by giving birth to parasitic eggs. Once born, the parasitic children will mostly look like their mother, but with their parasite traits naturally developed, though they can learn to conceal and reverse them temporarily later in life. The host will generally feel a need to take good care of them and raise them well, whether to become successful in life or to help them infect their first human, generally linked to whether the host chooses to resist the temptations and live a mostly normal life, or to give in to the parasite's new abilities and use them to infect any human they meet to turn them into parasitic buxom women.
