Yeah i switched up a bit from the sanses and decided to make one about papyrus... focusing on him this time.

Not fully cannon obviously.

SOUL: [papyrus soul is a small, upside down heart. Normally thats of a normal monster soul, but his soul is red, filled with DETERMINATION, its the only difference between of any other monster, and his.]
BACKSTORY: Sans was about to kill Papyrus in order to make up for the fact that he couldn't kill Toriel, due to the human getting to her first. However, Papyrus, in self-defense attacks Sans, killing him. After that unexpected event, Papyrus promises to take his revenge and kill the human..
CLOTHES: He wears red boots with black straps and wears brown gloves. He wears black pants with a blue shirt, and also wears a tan coat with navy blue trims on the sleeves. He has some sort of a brown belt around his waist and usually seen holding orange bone swords with cool hilts. He also has an wood, brown engineers toolbox held in the belt on his waist.
APPEARENCE: He is a tall skeleton that is 6,2 foot tall. His skull's jaw is stuck in a permanent smile that can only widen the slightest bit, or falter the slightest bit. He has pitch black eyesockets, but still can see and has eye pupils, which in this case has one orange left eye pupil while his right eye pupil is both blue and green.
PERSONALITY: Papyrus is caught between his break in sanity and his normal self, and as such he has seemingly schizophrenic episodes where he balances between a caring yet troubled skeleton and a bloodthirsty, vengeful monster. Thrust into needing to kill as many monsters as possible to stop the human, he has gone insane and has felt less and less remorse. His murder spree is for the sake of his brother first and is his last stand against the human. His loss in sanity is merely a result of his fragile skeleton heart suddenly being compelled by his brother to murder for the sake of revenge on the human. As he loses emotion, he becomes uncaring and cool-headed, but is still deeply insane and upset. Despite this, he does seem to regret killing those who were close to him, specifically Sans and Undyne, as when he accidentally killed Sans in self defense, he blamed himself until blaming Frisk, and hallucinates a ghost of his brother to cope with his death. He was already insane by the time he killed Undyne, but he apologized and respected his fallen friend by putting her remains in a jar on his bandolier.
ACTIVE POWERS:

FOURTH WALL: Papyrus has the ability to physically talk to the human when they are "dead", and can feel the determination from when Frisk resets/loads. He also knows they aren't scared of death, since they always can just reload. This is why he tortures the human so much; he wants them to fear fighting him. However, he is unable to press the buttons by himself. He just cant. Also, wheneve he ends up in where the human is after "dying", his form will be slightly glitched, as he is not supossed to be there but he is.
TELEKINESES: Papyrus Can lift up to 10 tons effortessly qhile using telekineses.
"GASTER BLASTER": this WAS Sans' regular attack, that papyrus now has after killing sans, a weapon that resembles a floating dragon skull with orange eye pupils and large grey horns thats the size of a tractor, that can shoot a large orange beam from it's jaw; Papyrus can summon and control them at will. He can also hurl the gaster blaster to the opponents to either ram them, or bite them. Papyrus also uses the gaster blaster to block attacks using it, or he can jump on top of the skull to use them to fly. He can also make the gaster blaster smaller, or larger. Usually the larger the gaster blaster is, the more damage it does.]
BONE MANIPULATION: [Papyrus has the ability to summon and control sharp bones. He can summon the bones from thin air to send them at his opponents like spikes, or summon them from the ground to pierce the opponents underneath. He has 5 types of bones attacks.] [1, the normal bones.] [2, BLUE BONES, which only damages the opponents when they move.] [3, ORANGE BONES, which only hurt whenever the opponent DOESN'T move.] [He can use the mere bone as a melee weapon, or summon bones to block attacks from his opponents. He can also change the sizes from small to large.] [Note that he CAN'T manipulate them into summoning skeleton monsters, but he doesn't really care of that.]

PASSIVE ABILITIES:

DETERMINATION: [papyrus determination is so high enough, that he has an actual slight chance of returning back to life more powerful then ever due to his Determination.]

RELATIONSHIPS:

Sans (Deceased): After accidentally killing Sans in self defense, Papyrus was initially horrified before turning insane and now manifests an ability that allows him to see his brother's ghost. Since then, Papyrus has hallucinations where Sans talks to him and vice versa. Sans has the same exact appearence he has when he was alive, with the exception of sans missing his legs entirely, and his eye sockets being a ghostly cyan. Also, his form is slightly distorted snd transparent.
Undyne (Deceased): Undyne was Papyrus's mentor, familiar and also friend. She was telling him about monsters being murdered by an unknown person, only to find out that Papyrus was the murderer, who was right behind her and killed her. Undyne tried to convince Papyrus that they could stop the human together, but Papyrus just ignores and let her turn into dust. Papyrus puts her dust into a jar, since she's his friend. She was the only kill that Papyrus found difficult, both due to her power and their friendship.
Flowey (Deceased): Flowey was Papyrus's "friend", he attempts to trick Papyrus, but Papyrus ended up betraying him, after a scuffle Papyrus using telekineses threw Flowey into the lava killing him before going to the lab.
Alphys (Deceased): Papyrus saw Alphys's Cameras back in Waterfall and figured he could get power from the lab. Saying "Hi! Dr Alphys? Were Coming!" With Alphys getting the message via video feed. After papyrus fainted in the elevator to the True Lab. He saw one of the "amalgamates" (multiple Monsters in one singular body, that they injected with DETERMINATION that made them melt and kerge together). He attempted to kill it, but before he could do so, Alphys intervened asking if he came to see her. Papyrus collapses agian, right in front of her. Only to wake up in a containment room, With Alphys revealing she knew what he had done. Papyrus eventually would break out via a Gaster Blaster with Alphys caught in the blast.
THE HUMAN, "FRISK": [the silent human child, They are his entire driving force for gaining power, and he aims to put an end to them permanently. This brat, thanks to their DETERMINATION, has the ability to "SAVE", "LOAD" and "RESET", meaning that whenever they "die", they end up in a completely pitch black void with a floating white large message saying "GAME OVER", with the 2 floating orange buttons with one saying "RESET", and one saying "CONTINUE". If they press the reset button, the timeline in the underground resets SPECIFICALY BEFORE THEY FELL DOWN, but if they choose the continue button, they will return back to life in their last "SAVE POINT", its like a game checkpoint, they are able to retry like nothing had actually happened, which they commited countless genocide routes, killing everyone over and over, andmaking everyone forget they even died or killed... except sans, which due to unknown circumstances, he somehow remembered and tried to kill others to gain more power to stop the human once and for all, permanently, but papyrus killed him in self-defense and carried on his job, now, which papyrus has enough determination, he can feel the shift of whenever they LOAD and SAVE their progress.]

OTHER: Papyrus is shown to be very smart: as shown in Waterfall, Papyrus can set up traps that can kill the human, such as putting hidden, large bear traps beneath the human's savepoints, to prevent them from saving and setting them back, and making it painful. This was most likely from his time in Snowdin. Papyrus, whenever he kills, gets more powerful, thats why he is killing.
WEAPONS:

2 bone Swords: Papyrus can use his Bone Swords to stab and slash others, which most likely deal high amounts of damage, or to block and parry and deflect. The swords are medium sized, and the entire structure of the swords, are orange, and sharp, and durable.

And he only got six, before the seventh human came, the human frisk came... which he was not able to get their soul, due to obvious reasons, obviously.]
