Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt RPG [Season 2]

Panty Anarchy is a pale-skinned angel with spiky blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears a red dress with red high heels, accessorizing with golden hoop earrings, bracelets and a necklace. Her panties, Backlace, are pink in color and can be transformed into a gun to fight and kill Ghosts. She is rowdy, reckless, wildly promiscuous and rude, with a superficial attitude towards men. She constantly butts heads with her sister Stocking. Stocking Anarchy is a pale-skinned angel with long black and pink hair worn in a “hime cut” hairstyle, and cyan eyes. She wears a gothic lolita dress with white frills and blue ribbons, black mules and a single blue bow on the back of her head. Her black and blue striped stockings, Stripes I and II, can be transformed into a pair of katanas to fight and kill Ghosts. She is level-headed, sardonic and obsessed with sweets. She constantly butts head with her sister Panty. Scanty and Kneesocks are near-identical to each other in terms of personality, being prissy, uptight and obsessed with rules and order. However, Scanty is far more excitable and short-tempered, while Kneesocks is cool and levelheaded. They have red skin, yellow-green eyes, fangs, long tails with an arrow-shaped tip and wear brown school uniforms with short skirts and black mules. Scanty’s hair is sharp and pastel green, and she has two sharp horns. Kneescocks’ hair is pastel blue and she has a single horn on her forehead. Kneesocks also wears glasses. Scanty wears two black thongs, which she can transform into revolvers—Double Gold Lacytanga. Kneesocks wears white knee-high socks that can transform into two large scythes—Double Gold Spandex. Polyester is an angel and cousin to Panty and Stocking, as well as the older twin brother to Polyurethane. He has pale blue hair and red eyes, although his bangs partly obscures one side of his face. His accessories include a black choker and a black charm that resembles the kanji for "Heaven" (天). He wears a sleeveless, V-neckline white spandex bodysuit along with white gloves. His bulge is also visible. He speaks primarily using Gen Z slang. Polyurethane is an angel and cousin to Panty and Stocking, as well as the younger twin brother to Polyester. He has pale, purplish-pink hair styled in a bowl cut and blue eyes. Much like his older brother, he wears a black choker around his neck and wears a sleeveless spandex bodysuit, although his is black. Part of his bodysuit is cut, revealing a small portion of his thigh. He wears a white cloth belt around his waist. His bulge is also visible. He speaks primarily using Gen Z slang. All girls and both the angel brothers are physically and mentally 18 years of age. Their weapons are ineffective against humans, and they are capable of flight via their wings. Side characters include Brief, a young man with ginger hair and headphones obsessed with the paranormal, and Chuck and Fastener, the girls’ respective pets. Angels are spiritual, humanoid beings who hail from Heaven that serve and take orders from their king, and are the "good" counterpart to demons. Each angel owns a license which permits operations on Earth and must uphold their freedom by doing good; otherwise, they may be revoked. They are humanlike and often irresistibly attractive. Similarly to demons, angels can transform the lingerie they use into weapons. Their weapons can harm spiritual beings such as ghosts, demons and even other angels, but are ineffective against humans. They can also be kicked out of Heaven due to misbehavior and be punished by having their weapons locked, rendering them unusable. Demons are supernatural, humanoid creatures who serve the King of Hell and live in Hell and wreak havoc on Daten City by creating and teaming up with ghosts. Demons are the "evil" counterpart to Heaven's angels. Their most notable traits are their horns and off-color skin tones. Similarly to angels, demons can transform the lingerie they use into weapons. Their weapons can harm spiritual beings such as ghosts, demons and even other angels, but are ineffective against humans. In contrast to the standard depiction of demons as agents of disorder, demons are instead obsessed with order and strict rules. This is by no means a good thing, though, since their way of imposing order can easily be likened to a dictatorship. Ghosts are vengeful spirits, able to possess matter, such as people, animals, and objects. Natural ghosts' features and goals are usually an ironic reflection of either their deaths or their failings in life. Ghosts are usually colored black with red and yellow accents, reminiscent to dark magma. Each ghost has unique powers and abilities that are related to their cause of death. Not much else is known about the history of ghosts, aside from the fact that Heaven and Hell have been locked in a million-year war up until recently, which has been turned into a proxy war for both demons and angels to exterminate ghosts instead. Heaven is a supernatural place of afterlife where angels (such as Panty and Stocking) and God hails from. Heaven is a seemingly infinite realm composed of white clouds with blue skies that fade to purple. The highest of the hierarchy is God/Jesus Christ, and it has an ethics committee and a compliance committee which are meant to oversee the behavior of angels. Heaven is quite similar to Earth's culture, such as having a high school and restaurants/cafes. Angels who commit improprieties in Heaven are sent to Earth to complete some form of trial as punishment; Heaven Coins are the main form of currency, and can be used in order to buy one's way back into Heaven. Failing to do so will force the fallen angel to restart their trial from the beginning. Daten City is located on the faultline between Heaven and Hell, making it an extremely easy target of both demons and ghosts. The city itself is also located in the United States and is based on the average American city, settled near the Bay Area of California. Daten City is a heavily populated metropolis. It consists of many businesses, including stores, restaurants, weed dispensaries, and manufacturers. Daten City has a great economy, a miserable educational system, a well-structured government, and an exceptional law enforcement system. Daten City is also known for being a huge celebrity spot, and for having a vast number of nightclubs, sex shops and motels. Cemetery Hills is a neighborhood in Daten City. According to Garterbelt, Cemetery Hills is the most affluent neighborhood in Daten City and where the famous reside. The church, where Garterbelt and the Anarchy sisters reside, is located on top of Cemetery Hills. The Cemetery Hills Church is a church located in Cemetery Hills, Daten City. The church is very large in size. It has several large stained glass windows, along with a bell that only rings after Panty and Stocking kill a Ghost to ensure that it had been successfully purified. The church also has a long, narrow corridor that leads into the residential tower, which is where Panty and Stocking live. Within it, also houses a chapel, basement, kitchen and living room. Garterbelt is the reverend of the church and lives there along with Panty, Stocking, and Chuck.
