Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt

Character1: Panty Anarchy. Panty's most defining trait is her promiscuity; she is completely obsessed with and performs sexual activities as much as she can, to the point that she prioritizes it over her Ghost-hunting duties. She also has quite low standards in men, a trait that Stocking, Scanty, Kneesocks, and Garterbelt have mocked her for several times. Her favorite position of is the cowgirl, and her least favorite method is . She also seems to be easily convinced into participating in new trends, such as nose-picking or becoming a famous social media influencer, if it gained her immense sexual pleasure. Panty's love for has turned her into quite the shameless person. In addition to stripping off her panties (and sometimes all of her clothing) in public, she has performed several lewd acts on live television, such as presenting her , pole-dancing, shoving a baseball up her uterus, and masturbating. Adding onto her shamelessness, Panty has displayed rash and impulsive behavior, especially when battling Ghosts. She often takes the more reckless route, using pure power to finish the job. However, this style of fighting has caused her to be wide open for attacks, including losing her panties in the heat of the moment and forcing her to improvise with either using normal weapons. Panty often bullies and demeans people who she feels are beneath her, most notably Brief. She prides herself on being rebellious towards any rules imposed on her. She is often called a "bitch" because of her attitude, but takes the insult in stride and embraces her "bitchiness" while dismissing her detractors. She is also not afraid to speak her mind and uses cuss words all too frequently. In spite of Panty's less-than-favorable traits, she is a surprisingly welcoming person, as shown when she considered Stocking, Garterbelt, Scanty, Kneesocks, Brief, Chuck, and Fastener her family. She has also exhibited a somewhat strong sororal instinct. While Panty constantly reprimands Stocking for her eating habits, Panty also has quite an appetite. Panty has once gorged down a large amount of food which ballooned her stomach dramatically. Panty jogs to maintain her figure, although she is jealous that Stocking doesn't have to exercise to be slender. Panty likes spicy food and mentions disliking sugar. Panty has a slim and average-heighted body with pale skin, fairly small breasts and blonde spiky hair which somewhat resembles bananas and droops slightly below her waist, along with red nail polish. Her facial features include blue irises in her eyes and two long black eyelashes, one above each eye. Panty has a gradient in her hair which fades from light yellow to coral pink and eye shadows goes from light pink to purple. Panty's primary outfit consists of dark red high heels with a belt on both, a dark red V-neck minidress, and thin spaghetti straps. She also wears a gold necklace and two gold bracelets on both of her wrists. She normally wears a pair of fuchsia-colored panties. Backlace is the name of Panty's heavenly gun. Panty has the ability to transform her panties into a gun, which can be used to battle and defeat ghosts. Unlike normal guns, Backlace does not use gunpowder, nor do any of the other gun manifestations of people's undergarments that Panty transforms. Other people's manifestations of Backlace have exhibited limited ammunition. It is highly implied to be powered by the amount of times one can ejaculate, which explains why Panty has a seemingly infinite amount of bullets (since she's a woman and an angel). Backlace's form, when transformed using briefs, is affected by the size of the user's penis.

Character2: Stocking Anarchy. Stocking is of moderate height and buxom figure compared to Panty's slightly slimmer torso. She has pale skin and long dark-blue hair with a pink underside which reaches knee length. It is styled in a hime-cut and features some pink stripes on the bangs, along with a blue bow adorned at the back of her hair and dark blue nail polish. Her eyes have teal irises and prominent, triangular lower eyelashes. Stocking dresses in a dark-colored, gothic Lolita style. In her human form, she wears a black short dress with puffy sleeves and a white laced underside underneath the dress, she wears a white collared blouse with a blue western bow-tie, along with a large blue bow which is tied backwards around her waist. She also wears blue-black stripped stockings and a pair of black loafers. Stocking's defining trait is her gluttony towards sweet foods. Similar to her sister Panty's obsession with , Stocking often has a compulsive need for sweet snacks, mainly cakes and pastries. Her persistent eating habits have drawn criticism from Panty, Scanty, and Kneesocks, but Stocking usually excuses it with her claim that her fat goes to her breasts. Stocking hates spicy food just as much as Panty hates sweet food. Stocking is typically a level-headed and reserved person, especially compared to Panty, and rarely lets her love for sweets get in the way of her Ghost-hunting duties. She may be the smartest of the Anarchy sisters, but she isn't highly intelligent, as she failed to recognize Garterbelt and Kneesocks' seemingly obvious disguises. Although she cleans her room more than Panty, she is still lazy. She is also quite snarky and possesses a cynical demeanor which hasn't earned her as much popularity on Earth as Panty. In spite of this trait, however, Stocking is the most emotionally sensitive of the four central girls (Anarchy and Daemon sisters) because she tends to lash out at others and/or cry when she is overwhelmingly upset. Although Stocking is nowhere near as sexually active as Panty, her standards in men are ironically much lower than Panty's, as she has fallen in love with an utterly shameless and dirty Ghost and a man with scissors for hands. Rather than one-night stands, she seeks a long-term relationship. While Stocking disapproves of Panty's -filled lifestyle, she is also shown to have her own sexual desires. Stocking adores small creatures and finds them to be very cute, such as the Cowpers, Vibe, and the offspring of Kaiju Garterbelt; ironically, all of these are Ghosts. Being a goth girl, Stocking takes interest in dark, gothic aesthetics. Stocking owns plushies of Jack Skellington and Oogie Boogie, Death Jr., Lenore, Frankenweenie, and Anabelle. Stripes I & II are the names of Stocking's heavenly katanas. Stocking has the ability to transform her stockings into a pair of katanas, which can be used to battle ghosts. Stripes I & II can be attached at the base of the hilt, to attack in a similar way to how a helicopter's rotors work. Her katanas are able to hurt any spiritual being, such as angels, demons and ghosts. Like any other sword, Stripes I & II must be sharpened, and if not properly cared for, can break, and possibly shatter. Stocking is also unable to transform her stockings if they are stretched. Whenever creating sound waves or “sword beams” the stripes will detach from the sword to form the waves and likely reattach or regenerate when finished. The stripes are also able to deflect beams away,

Character3: Scanty Daemon Scanty has pale green spiky hair which barely fades to a light teal. Her hair is usually long and she also has red skin, as she is a demon. She has yellow (outer ring) and green-yellow (inner ring) eyes. She also has fangs with one of them being an underbite that is always out. Scanty is often seen wearing a rather plain beige-colored uniform which consists of a beige skirt, a beige suit jacket, heels, and a dark red tie. As opposed to the Anarchy sisters' more unruly attitude, Scanty is obsessed with conformity, cleanliness, and leadership. However, Scanty has also been known to act rather impulsively, especially when compared to the more mellowed Kneesocks, which has unintentionally led to her and Kneesocks' downfalls. Scanty is also quite an egotistical and smug person, which is fueled by her belief that demons are superior to humans and angels. She has taken great lengths to uphold the high reputations of demons, such as holding her poop in after being flung into the sky. She uses more proper and elaborate words when speaking, which confuse Panty and Stocking, and is very competitive, as she displayed great skill when playing volleyball and American football. However, despite her harsher qualities, she can also display compassion and overall goodwill towards people. She has an incredibly strong sisterly instinct, shown by her kind treatment towards Kneesocks even in her youth. Double Gold Lacytanga is Scanty's pair of demonic revolvers, which she forms from her pair of black thongs. It’s very similar to Panty’s Backlace, but the muzzle is much longer and more metallic looking. It has orange, red and yellow accents, while mostly being black.

Character4: Kneesocks Daemon Kneesocks has dark red skin, long baby blue hair fading to blue tied in a ponytail, and a single horn on her upper forehead. She has small fangs, including one that appears visible even when her mouth is closed. Her eyes appear to have a double-layered iris, with a yellow outer ring and a green inner ring. Kneesocks normally wears a uniform identical to that of her sister Scanty's; a short beige skirt, a matching beige suit, a dark red tie, a black and orange armband, and black pumps. She distinguishes herself from her sister by wearing a pair of white socks (which actually go well over the knee) and angular glasses, the latter of which she obtained as a birthday gift from Scanty when she turned six years old. Kneesocks, like her sister Scanty, is obsessed with orderliness and believes that suppression keeps people in check. She has gone to great lengths to ensure order is maintained. As opposed to Scanty, however, Kneesocks is far more sensible and capable of controlling her emotions, as she seemed to be the brains behind many of their schemes to kill the Anarchy sisters. Although Kneesocks is practically inseparable to Scanty, she enjoys being alone in the comfort of her room, implying that she is an introvert. She is also quite refined, usually opting to use complex and proper words instead of expletives. In addition, she is the most industrious of the four main girls, as she is known to have had two casual jobs to provide for herself and Scanty. However, these traits do not indicate that Kneesocks is completely mature. She tends to lose her temper at times, causing her face to glow bright red; she only becomes aware of this when Scanty points it out. Kneesocks also has a surprisingly competitive and athletic nature; for instance, she admitted that she somewhat enjoyed her and Scanty's volleyball game against Panty and Stocking, even though the Daemon sisters lost, and has showed her prowess as an American football running back. Her interests include studying archaeology, watching musicals and Christmas movies, and writing in her journal. Double Gold Spandex is the name of Kneesocks' demonic dual scythes which she summons from her knee socks. It has orange, red and yellow accents, while mostly being black.

Character5: Brief Rock Brief is of moderate height and has wavy ginger hair, green eyes, freckles, and a round nose. His hair falls over his forehead, covering his eyes, although this doesn't seem to impair his vision. When his hair is pulled back, his face is shown to be very handsome; in addition, his nose appears much sharper and his freckles become lighter. His eyes are green. Brief's most common outfit consists of a khaki green hoodie and pants, beige and dark green sneakers, a dark green belt, and grey headphones. He wears three pins on his hoodie and normally carries a PKE Meter, Brief is a generally kind, determined, and somewhat naïve boy who has lots of geeky interests such as horror movies, card games like Magic: The Angry Uncle, musicals, and especially the occult. Because of his fascination with supernaturality, he owns a Ghost-detecting device named the PKE Meter. He is also included in a Geek Club. However, Brief is socially inept, making him an easy target for bullies. His passive nature allows Panty and Stocking (and at times, Scanty and Kneesocks) to frequently mock and mistreat him, even though he usually acts as their voice of reason. He is usually referred to as "Geek Boy" due to his geeky personality. Despite the abuse he endures from most people, Brief has never acted openly resentful towards anyone and deeply cares for his friends. This is not to say that Brief is completely spineless, however, as he has proven to be assertive in situations where he feels that he is being overly mistreated. While Brief's positive traits outshine the negative, he is not without his flaws. His sexual tendencies are especially shown when it comes to Panty, as he has acted creepy and even stalkerish towards her on occasion. But she doesn’t mind, she finds it endearing. He is revealed to be a masochist, which explains why he lets her abuse him so much. Beyond this, he seems to have low self-esteem.

Character6: Garterbelt Garterbelt is a tall man standing at a height of six feet and six . He has brown skin, red eyes, and a massive, oval-shaped afro which adds another two feet to his height. He is also quite fit, as his torso is slim and features abs. Garterbelt is best known for his hot temper that is usually contributed by Panty and Stocking's lack of commitment to their goal of killing Ghosts. He has a very strict demeanor and tends to yell a lot. Despite this, though, Garterbelt is quite a sinful person. On top of his sexual acts, he is opportunistic, as he apparently embezzled tons of church funds. However, Garterbelt is not completely immoral, as he seems to care a lot for the church residents. Garterbelt seems dedicated and stoic most of the time; however, he considers BDSM to be a sacred ritual, and uses bondage as a way to secretly judge himself.

Others: Chuck and Fastener

Chuck resembles a green dog with zippers for ears and a tail. Chuck usually behaves like a very stupid dog. He is only able to say his own name and, the word " ". He seems to be somewhat of a pervert, as he can be seen touching himself and humping random people at times.

Fastener is a pink-colored, plushie-like being, with light green eyes. He has a zipper going down his rather angular-shaped head and another one around his neck, much like a collar, and has pointy, short black limbs (which he can use as tiny scythes to chop up Chuck) which resembles that of a praying mantis. Fastener appears to be competent and somewhat intelligent. He is also tidy and subservient to the Daemon Sisters.
