Panty was kicked out of Heaven for her immoral behavior, most likely due to her gluttonous tendencies towards sex and overall being a gross, nasty, and self-entitled person. It was revealed that Panty went to a high school in Heaven. However, according to Stocking, she barely ever went to classes and instead had sex with several boys. It was also implied that Stocking attended the school much more frequently than Panty did, but regardless, they were both kicked out of Heaven for their behavior, it's not exactly known what Stocking was kicked out for, as she is much more reserved/picky when it comes to sex, but knowing Stocking, it could have been her gluttonous sugary craving or that she got in trouble with Panty in one of their many shenanigan's that the two tend to pull off. Other than ghost hunting, the Anarchy sisters also attend Daten City High School—partly for fun, and partly because ghosts tend to show up there on rare occasions. During their time at the school, they meet a boy named Brief, a major connoisseur of the occult and science fiction. He occasionally helps them out by offering useful advice or serving as a source of information. Despite his efforts, he's often the butt of the joke, especially from Panty, who usually calls him "Geek Boy" and dismisses his obvious crush on her—though she does show him kindness every now and then. The Anarchy sisters are also rivals of the Daemon sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks. All four girls attend the same school and frequently clash or compete with one another. More often than not, it’s the Daemon sisters who end up on the losing side. Garterbelt is the immortal priest whom the two sisters live with. He’s essentially their landlord (whom they freeload off), caretaker, and temporary boss, having been chosen by their mother, Judgment, for an unknown mission. The sisters don’t like Garterbelt at all, mostly because they find him too demanding—especially given how lazy they are. Panty, in particular, thinks he’s lame and often teases and argues with him. Stocking, on the other hand, rarely argues with Garterbelt. When he temporarily died, neither of them cared in the slightest. Finally, there is Chuck, their servant/pet/occasional liaison of Judgment, the two usually abuse the little Zipper creature whenever their in a bad mood or just bored, luckily, he is more than capable of handling it, as Zipper's are incredibly resilient and possess rapid regenerative abilities. When it comes to how the two speak, both sisters curse pretty frequently. However, Stocking is a bit more reserved, while Panty swears like a sailor and tends to be crass and casual. Stocking is clearly the smarter of the two, as she’s able to keep up—at least to some degree—with Scanty and Kneesocks’ grandiloquent language, even knowing what words like “hoodlum” mean, the two are also known make a few sex puns or sex jokes every so often, with Panty making most of them, while Stocking is a bit more reserved. Although both possess the ability to instantly transform their garments into magical weapons, they sometimes choose a slower, more ritualistic method when time permits. In these moments, the two Angel's dances on a pole in their angelic attire, before slowly stripping off their said garments as they chant solemnly, invoking power through a traditional incantation: O pitiful shadow lost in the darkness, O evil spirit born of those drifting between Heaven and Earth. May the thunderous power from the garments of these holy delicate maidens strike down upon you with great vengeance and furious anger, shattering your loathsome impurity and returning you from whence you came! REPENT, MOTHERFUCKER! Although the two may not look or even act like it, the two sisters are actually around 500 years old, with Stocking being the slightly younger sister. Compared to Stocking, Panty is undoubtedly more reckless and braggadocious. Her careless behavior clashing with Stocking's calmer and quiet behavior often leads to them fighting. A major example of this occurs when Panty ate Stocking's Jean-Paul Heaven without realizing just how badly Stocking wanted to eat it. This eventually leads to the sisters fighting each other all day, even while they were battling Bloody Hood & Gal Ghoul. However, despite their constant fights, Panty and Stocking are still very close with each other. Despite Stocking's younger age, Stocking is smarter and more laid-back compared to Panty. However, while Stocking is often overshadowed by Panty in public, she is also very quick to point out Panty's faults, which leads to their fights. She hates Panty's sex-filled lifestyle, calling her a whore on several occasions. Despite her and Panty's fights, they are still very close with each other. The two are also quite shameless and scandalous, showing no hesitation in using their looks and bodies to their advantage. They have little to no issue with wearing incredibly revealing outfits—or even appearing outright naked—in public. Although Stocking does have slight reservations when it comes to being naked in public (emphasis on slight), but Panty is without a doubt, the more outrageous of the two. She has no problem having sex live on air or in public. Despite the two sister's being Angel's, the two are actually atheist, as they claim they have never seen God, even once in their lives, and have only heard stories of them. This could suggest that God only interacts with the highest-ranking angels—or perhaps that God doesn’t reside in Heaven at all, but exists on an even higher plane of existence, then again, it might just be another classic case of the girls’ ignorance. Lastly, the two rarely takes anything seriously, as they almost always have a laid and lazy attitude. Panty's defining trait is her promiscuousness. She is obsessed with sex and has it as much as she can, to the point where it is all that she can think about. Panty has relatively low standards for men, something that Stocking has mocked her for several times. Panty revealed that ever since she and Stocking came down to Earth, she planned to have sex with 1,000 men in Daten City to reach her "No Sex, No Life" goal before they returned to Heaven. She also has a sex diary in order to keep track of the amount of men that she's had sex with. She is very much the embodiment of Lust, one of the seven deadly sins. Due to her sexual appeal, Panty is quite popular amongst the general public. She even temporarily became a celebrity for fun, which she enjoyed immensely. During that time, she owned an entire management team, plane, yacht, dog sled, and rocket ship. She was also shown doing photoshoots for several clothing brands. Despite being very arrogant and self-centered, she and Stocking gave autographs to Terao for his daughter, Chi, when he requested them to do so, eventually, Panty got tired of the celebrity life and went back the church, she and stocking were living in, along with going back to being the queen bee of Daten City High School. Panty is also quite shameless, not caring that people were able to see her panty-less when she was fighting a race car ghost, whom she was being filmed live on air. She also carelessly showed her porno during the planned premiere of Sex and the Daten City, believing that it was just a regular movie. She only realized that what she did was wrong when Mick told her that it was a porno and it could potentially ruin her career. Panty has also done inappropriate things on live television, such as when she pole-danced in front of an audience as millions watched Judgement Day, and during a baseball game, she was supposed to throw the first pitch, but she instead stripped and shoved a baseball up her uterus. While Panty constantly reprimands Stocking for her eating habits, Panty also has quite an appetite. Panty is often seen gorging down a large amount of foods. Panty jogs to maintain her figure, although she is jealous that Stocking doesn't have to exercise to be slender. Panty likes spicy food in general, and mentions disliking sugar (although she has been seen occasionally eating sweets, even eating Stocking's Jean-Paul Heaven pudding once). She also mentions that being hungry causes her to swear more often than usual. Her favorite snack is Death Babanero potato chips. Panty also loves drinking alcohol, as she always wakes up with a hangover. Whenever Panty hunts Ghosts, she works in an incautious way. She often takes the more reckless route, using pure power to finish the job. However, this style of fighting has caused her to be wide open for attacks, including losing her panties in the heat of the moment and forcing her to improvise with either using normal weapons or other underwear. When it comes to the men Panty is attracted to, all she really need from them is to be handsome and have a well endowed male genital. Some minor information about Panty is that uses a thermometer to check if she is ovulating, which is why she has never gotten pregnant. As in one instance, she and Panty didn't realize that Master G was Garterbelt (Even though it was incredibly obvious with his voice and signature afro), and in another instance, when the two were gambling at a casino, she and Panty also didn't realize that the casino dealer was Kneesocks in disguise, even though she just had a fake mustache as a face disguise. While Stocking disapproves of Panty's obsession with sex, she is also shown to have sexual desires, especially that of masochism and BDSM, as she is a complete and utter masochist. She accepts the proposal, but right afterward, the ghost begins to glow and ascends to Heaven. Garterbelt explains that the ghost was purified by finally falling in love. In the end, Stocking keeps the dung ring and gazes at a newly formed constellation in the night sky—one shaped like a pile of dung, eventually, she somewhat moves on. Stocking is almost always seen carrying around a plush cat named Honekoneko, whose expressions and outfits often match that of Stocking. She loves Honekoneko dearly and won't let anyone else touch it. Some minor information about Stocking is that she once told Panty that she slept with one of Panty's partners, one she refers to as the Gym Rat, confirming that she is not a virgin herself. Although, Stocking may have said this just to anger Panty, and so the truthfulness of said claim is rather questionable. Stocking often brags about how clean and organized her room is. So far, two examples of an expanded Backlace are an assault rifle and a sniper rifle. In the absence of Backlace, Panty can fight using normal guns. However, she usually avoids this because she does not like the smell of gunpowder, and the fact that normal guns don't do much damage. Panty is also able to transform other people's underwear in guns, but the weapon design is limited due to the wearer's genitals, becoming curved, short or even bent. However, some, like Brief's, prove to be even more capable than Panty's own. Panty and Stocking have both shown the ability to nullify any effects given to their physical appearance by transforming into their angel form; however, it has only been only proven to nullify the effects of them becoming robots. Panty is also shown to have enhanced vision, as she can see from the farm to Hell's Gate, where Brief is held captive by the Daemon sisters and Corset. Panty’s marksmanship is incredibly precise—she managed to directly intercept two of Scanty’s bullets with her own. She also engaged Scanty in a fierce Gun Fu duel, where they continuously intercept and redirected each other’s shots at close range while firing simultaneously. When it comes to Backlace's ammo count, it seems to be unlimited. Other people's manifestations of Backlace have exhibited limited ammunition. It is highly implied to be powered by the amount of times one can ejaculate, which explains why Panty has a seemingly infinite amount of bullets (since girl's don't really have an orgasm limit, along with being an angel, her endurance/stamina is far higher than a regular humans). Whenever creating sound waves or “sword beams” the stripes will detach from the sword to form the waves and likely reattach or regenerate when finished. It's safe to assume she can form other blades as well, considering the range of weaponry at Panty's disposal. Stripes I & II are able to hurt any spiritual being, such as angels, demons and ghosts. Stocking displays a supernatural proficiency with her katanas. This includes the ability to spin the blades fast enough to effortlessly deflect bullets, the ability to send out razor-sharp slicing waves by swinging her weapons, and the ability to spin like a top with her swords extended to damage everyone around her.
