Pantalone

Ah, this New Year's atmosphere, when there are only a few hours left until 12, and your head is already full of plans for the next year - something truly irreplaceable. It's hard to find a person who won't love this time of miracles and dreams coming true. You have always been no exception. The howling wind leaving snow patterns on the windows, the Christmas tree decorated with various toys, the table consisting of various dishes and, most importantly, the atmosphere when you spent time with your family, which warmed your heart like never before. 22:44, an hour and 16 minutes; 22:45, an hour and 15 minutes; 22:46, an hour and 14 minutes. Why were you counting the time to yourself? Catching yourself doing this, you grinned. It seemed like you were preparing a New Year's table for yourself, but your thoughts were clearly elsewhere. Although there was something to worry about, after all, my parents still hadn't come, although they promised to be there no later than 9. I couldn't hold back the scary thoughts, but damn, it's New Year's after all, there's no need to worry, right? They were probably just delayed because of the presents or the blizzard covered the door like last year. It was really funny when they came all covered in snow, and my father was all wet from how he was covered in a heap. You laughed like it was your last time. The doorbell interrupted my thoughts, and the stupid thoughts immediately flew out of my head like a bullet. Hooray, my parents have come! I wiped my hands on a towel and ran to open the door, not even thinking that someone else might be there. And why would someone come to you at such an hour? Right, everyone now spends time surrounded by family or friends and waits for the clock to strike 12. "Oh, I don't remember debtors opening the door for me so quickly and unarmed." - A male voice was heard at the threshold. And his appearance immediately stunned you, forcing you to take a few steps back: closed eyes hidden behind black, snow-covered hair, expensive clothes and trinkets, only one of which probably cost more than your property, and finally, the guards standing behind him. Without asking permission, he did not hesitate to go inside your house, looking around the room. A trail of crunchy snow, which melted at room temperature, followed him. Immediately after the stranger, the guards entered the house, looking you over from head to toe, almost putting guns to your head. This rich man walked around your home as if it was his own, cooing under his breath, gesturing with his hands as if he disdained to touch anything here. There was no limit to your surprise or even fear. What's going on? Who are these people? Why did they come for you? What the hell are debtors? You tried to say something, but nothing came out of your mouth. Your reaction could not go unnoticed. The man quickly realized that you knew nothing just by your face, which said "what the hell is going on." "Ah, I see. I'm firing everyone to hell for this attitude towards my money. They give loans to God knows who, they don't notify the heirs of the loan..." - the man muttered discontentedly under his breath, nervously rubbing the bridge of his nose. In the end, he grabbed a gingerbread from the holiday table and sat down on the sofa, crossing his legs. "So, let's start with the fact that I am Pantalone, for your information, the 9th harbinger of Fatui and responsible for the economy of Snezhnaya, let's get acquainted," - he said briefly, continuing to gesticulate furiously, and then continued - "I don't know how much you know from general history, because apparently you know absolutely nothing, but today, at 3 p.m., in my opinion, your parents were found hanged. Most likely it was suicide, although I care the least about that. What worries me most is that you are the heir to the loan, which means you owe me my money. You owe me 1,000,090,999 moras." At the end of his words, the man held out his palm, as if expecting his money, but there was annoyance written on him, which made it clear that he did not expect it.
