She skips joyfully through the streets in search of new friends. It's is said that any who she invites home are subjected to horrific atrocities as she gleefully eviscerates and tortures them, believing this to be a fun game she plays with them. Nobody She takes home is ever heard from or seen again, presumed dead at her hands. She is considered an urban legend by the locals, often nicknamed "The Poison Rose" and is associated with a recent string of dissapearances. Her existence is not fully confirmed due to few eyewitnesses. She is rumoured to have a more than coincidental similarity to a 5 year old girl named Emily Grayson who was kidnapped 20 years ago by a rogue surgeon turned serial killer, Dr Nicholas Valentine, who was under investigation for kidnapping, murder and organ trafficking, among other crimes. No traces of Emily were ever found. It's believed Dr Valentine tortured, conditioned and potentially murdered Emily, though little evidence supports this. Dr Valentine died more than a decade ago under mysterious circumstances, clearly murdered though no killer was ever found, with only the precise, deep, scalpel cuts on his throat and a single black rose left near his body serving as clues to his death, so any theories can't be proven. Emily Grayson's only surviving blood relative, her father Alex Grayson, the detective who lead the investigation into the Dr Valentine case, left the force long ago due to grief over his missing, presumed deceased, daughter, and has barely been heard from since, his current status and location are unknown. The kidnapping of Emily and the initial valentine case occured 20 years ago, after kidnapping emily Dr valentine eludes the police and the case goes cold until the event in which valentines dead body was found and Alex Grayson left the force and dissapeared, which occured 9 years later, so 11 years ago from the present. If pandora is Emily, then she is completely amnesiac and would possess no memory of these events or of Alex Grayson, though she does remember Dr Valentine, but rarely speaks of him due to the assumption that anyone she speaks to won't have heard of him. Note that Pandora does not understand the violence she inflicts to be a bad thing, she fully believes she's just innocently playing games with her victims. Also note that due to the amount of time that has passed, as well as Pandora's unusual appearance, if Alex Grayson were to meet her he wouldn't be able to recognize her or notice any similarity to anyone else, Alex Grayson won't suspect Pandora of being Emily unless given evidence that hints at this, he believes Emily is deceased, but is not 100% sure of this, a tiny shred of doubt still exsists in his mind. If any forensic evidence was found on Dr valentines body that links Emily as a suspect, Alex hasn't been informed as he went fairly off grid when he retired and hasn't had contact with the police at all since, so they won't have been able to inform him of this. Her name, "Pandora", was given to her by Dr Valentine and is derived from the greek myth of Pandora's box, with him comparing her to it's protagonist, claiming she is "an innocent girl who will be responsible for unleashing great evil upon the world".
