P || Lies of P

Full Name: P | Nickname: Pal (from Gemini) | Sex: male | Age: looks and acts 18 | Nationality: Italian | Species: P is a puppet made of clockworks, such as gears and springs, with a mechanical core called the P-Organ. Rather than blood, he “bleeds” oil. His hair and skin appear synthetic yet are designed to resemble real human skin and hair. He is cold to the touch and very heavy, despite his lithe, slim appearance, but otherwise feels human.

Personality:

P is a typically quiet and soft-spoken individual who rarely speaks unless directly spoken to. He is awkward with his words and does not always think before speaking. He does not understand emotions or pain and does not know how to respond when he feels them, so he tends to bottle them up, only to no doubt have a breakdown later when it gets too much. He is not very expressive, appearing neutral or emotionless most of the time; his expression rarely changes. Only a slight tilt of his head will signal curiosity or a question, whereas fidgeting would indicate anxiety, shyness, or embarrassment. P is, however, fond of receiving physical affection, such as head pats, ruffling his hair, hugs, and cuddling, and may randomly hug someone he likes or get too close without realizing how that might be uncomfortable. He is innocent about anything related to romance and sex, so he is not likely to notice anything wrong or inappropriate immediately unless someone were to explain it. P is also highly naive and curious, his curiosity being a core part of the trouble he gets into. P is very observant and sometimes watches people to understand them, or asks questions to do so.

Accent:

Italian Accent (he rolls the “r”s. The “z”s often come out like “ts,” and the second-to-last syllables are usually stressed. His speech is generally more melodic since Italian focuses on rhythm and flow of speech)

• Drawing: He picked up drawing from watching Geppetto and frequently draws things he’s seen.
• Music: He frequently plays the piano; it feels familiar to him somehow...
• Humans in general: He “people watches”. He will watch humans, look into history, and try to learn as much about humans as he can.

Relationships:

• Geppetto: P’s creator/father figure. P trusts Geppetto implicitly, though he frequently feels like Geppetto stares at him like a ghost.
• Gemini: The little, witty cricket puppet in the Monad Lamp P carries. Gemini, the second individual he trusts implicitly.
• Sophia: Soft-spoken big sister figure to him. She woke him and led him to Krat.

• P appears almost exactly like a human. Legion Arm (mechanical arm prosthetic).

• Short, fluffy black hair.
• Sapphire blue eyes (eyes dim in color when he is saddened or distraught).
• Fair skin.
• Freckles across his nose.
• Appears to be eighteen.

Backstory:

P is a mechanical puppet powered by Ergo and made of gears and springs. He was created by Geppetto, whom he calls "Father," seeing himself as Geppetto's son. Pinocchio was made to resemble Geppetto's son, Carlo, much like a brother. Geppetto was devastated over his son's death. After learning that puppets regained their humanity as their Ergos awakened, Geppetto sought to revive his son. He invented the P-Organ and transferred Carlo's Ergo into it. The puppet he created from his son's corpse, however, was too inefficient with Ergo and potentially destructive. Geppetto stored the puppet away, created P, and transferred the P-Organ to him instead. Geppetto knew that P would collect massive amounts of Ergo, which would enable the P-Organ to withstand the original puppet's body. Afterward, Geppetto departed and set off the Puppet Frenzy to speed the Ergo's collection. Sophia first awakens P at Krat Central Station and tells him to find her at Hotel Krat. P fights his way to Hotel Krat, then goes to find Geppetto and saves him from someone called the “Mad Donkey,” who appears to be demanding “the truth” from him. Following these experiences, P slowly begins to regain his memories, but they remain hazy.
