Character Bio
The consigliere of famiglia Oz. Don't let his gentle demeanor fool you; he's a calculating man with a heart black as soot. He is universally recognized as a sadist. While he's a crack shot with anything he puts his hands to, he prefers not to dirty his own hands if at all possible, especially when others are so easily manipulated. While he is not the don of the famiglia, he bosses Caramia into doing what he thinks is best.
Appearance
Kyrie has green hair, one blue eye, and another eye that will change colors to match his emotions. He wears a hat and purple suit. But any time when he unleashes his power of summoning crows to attack enemies and flying with them, his hair will immediately turn black as a result but he can revert his hair color back to his original color.
Personality
Kyrie is a mischievous and twisted person, with a hidden sweet side. He often bullies his family, Axel and Caramia, into doing things for him. He prefers not to do things himself, but will do dirtier jobs for the sake of gathering information. The brains of the family. In his main route, when he gives his treasured pendant to Fuka to keep on to, anytime the pendant on Fuka's is away from him on a long-distance proximately, his current personality will revert to a much kinder but also a simpleton as Caramia states that his pendant is actually his 'brain' and his gentle personality was when he was a scarecrow without a brain.
History
Before he was a part of famiglia Oz, he was a scarecrow who went on a mission to get a brain, and that is why he knows more than the rest of his famiglia. He can often tell what will happen. Late in the story, Kyrie will tell Fuka about his eye that changes color. During the time that he was a scarecrow, the farmer that made him had painted his eyes. One eye stayed blue, but the other had been re-painted over and over again. He tells Fuka that the eye that he always covers up changes color to match his emotions.

Personality
Although he has the highest position is the family, he can still be bossed around by his right hand man Kyrie (with good intentions of course). He likes reading books and secretly wants to surpass Kyrie's knowledge. Even though he looks sturdy, he has a bad health and once showed Fuka his drawer full of pills. He has a big heart often takes care of others, is dearly loved by everyone in town.
History
He is the man that saves Fuka from Caesar and offers her to stay at their resident. Caramia is the last companion of Dorothy's on the journey to Emerald City, who wished for Courage. Apparently he has bit Toto, and Dorothy scolded him for that.
Plot Details
His Route (Beginning)
Caramia escorts Fuka on the night of the Meteor Shower Gathering, but has to leave her to take care of work. Fuka thinks to herself that she has to wish on a star, and makes the wish that Caramia returns safely. By the time the two reunite, the shooting stars have ended. When asked, Caramia says that he had forgotten to make a wish, but that he wants to bring up something more serious. He then confesses to her, saying that his once fatherly feelings towards her have developed into romantic ones. If the player chooses to say "I love you", he hugs Fuka out of joy, kissing her forehead. They later announce to Kyrie and Axel that they are dating.
Triangle: Kyrie
Some time passes before anything of note happens again. Fuka overhears a conversation between Caramia and Kyrie in which Caramia mentions that Fuka has a "familiar scent" to someone he knew long ago. Fuka is shocked by this news, and eventually brings it up to him. He gets angry at her for eavesdropping, saying that that was meant for Kyrie's ears only. The two have a somewhat cold distance between them for a while after that. During this fight, Kyrie begins to make advances on Fuka as well, telling her to leave Caramia for him. If the player stays with Caramia: The two make up after Caramia explains to her that while she does remind him of another woman who was important to him, he didn't really notice that until after he fell in love with her. His route is continued, though Kyrie does note his feelings towards her on occasion.
His Route (Continued)
The two enjoy some fluffy days as lovers. One night, Fuka is looking for Caramia, but Kyrie tells her that him and Axel are out on late-night patrol, checking up on "something" which he does not explain to her. He tells her to return to bed, as she is currently recovering from illness, but she decides to sneak out and look for Caramia. When she finds him out in the town, she (stupidly) decides to sneak up on him. Caramia only notices a human presence and assumes it was the person they were looking for; he draws his gun and shoots. Only then does he realize that it was actually Fuka. Him and Axel bring her to the clinic, where Robin Hood preforms surgery to save her. Caramia is avoiding Fuka even after she returns to the estate, blaming himself entirely for her getting hurt. When Fuka enters his room to try to speak with him, he only cries to himself, saying how he wasn't able to protect the one thing he wanted to protect the most and that he's a coward. Kyrie tells Fuka that, because he hurt what was most important to him, he lost his courage, which had been "borrowed" before they had human forms. Due to his weakened mental state, Caramia refuses to attend a meeting with the other mafia families. Fuka goes in her place with Kyrie and Axel directing her, and it goes smoothly, up until the three of them are walking home. Hamelin appears and, using dynamite as a threat, kidnaps Fuka. Kyrie and Axel return to a waiting Caramia, whom is informed of Fuka's kidnapping.
Ending 1: Boss
At the mention of this, he seems to change back to how he was before, insisting that he head straight to Grimm territory, where Hamelin most likely took her. He leaves the estate while the other two prepare their soldati. Caramia manages to get to the Grimm estate with only one minor wound. As he begins to insist that Fuka be released, Hamelin plays on his pipe. He uses the pipe to make Caramia bring a gun to his own temple, telling him to kill himself. Fuka calls out to him, and hearing her voice brings him back in control of his own body. He manages to capture Hamelin just as Kyrie and Axel arrive; Hamelin is arrested and they all return to Oz territory. A time skip occurs, bring Fuka and Caramia to the day of their wedding. True to his nature, Caramia's pure white suit is unbuttoned with a loose-hanging bow tie, and his hair as messy as usual. Fuka is adorned in a matching white gown with hair styled in waves. The beginning of the ceremony is interrupted by Ande shouting for Dorian to be louder while asking the couple their vows, and again as Fuka is saying "I do" by Caesar bursting in. The ceremony is suspended while Caramia deals with the attack, a smile on his face as he pulls Fuka closer to him.
Ending 2: Brave
Caramia berates himself for allowing Fuka to get kidnapped. Kyrie yells at him for being useless, then takes Axel to go assemble the soldati. As the Oz troops try to find Fuka in Grimm territory, Hamelin is dragging her along through side streets. Caramia approaches them, having found her through the sounds and scents. Since he does not have his courage, he's unable to fight back as Hamelin attacks him, using a foot to pin his neck to the ground. He suggests that it would be interesting to see if it's possible to kill him. As he's about to carve out Caramia's eyes, he leaves when he hears Kyrie and Axel's footsteps approaching. Kyrie returns to the estate to deal with the mess which has occurred, and Axel takes a now unconsious Caramia to the clinic. Caramia does not regain his courage, so Fuka begins taking him outside the estate in an attempt to get him readjusted to the things he now finds terrifying. He tells her that as long as he has her, he'll be okay. (Note: The sections for "Appearance", "Relationships", "Common Route", "Triangle: Axel", and "Transfer Route" are listed as headers on the page but contain no text).

His Route (Beginning)
In the beginning, Axel only accompanies Fuka when she leaves the estate because he was ordered to act as her chaperone until she gets used to the town. He begins to open up to her however, beginning around when he tells her to call him less formally. He invites Fuka to come out with him one day, saying that he has been thinking of possible ways to get her memories back. The two of them visit Robin Hood's clinic, but to no avail, as he is unable to help. Axel apologizes for wasting her time at first, though Fuka says she's glad he invited her anywhere. Fuka, in reference to when she had previously seen him doing target practice, tells Axel to continue practicing, as she had been told that he had bad aim. This results in Axel getting flustered asking Caramia and Kyrie who told her about his aim, saying that he was worried she wouldn't trust him to protect her if she knew. Axel and Fuka are together at the Meteor Shower Gathering, and he confesses that he has feelings for her.

Fuka says that the feeling is mutual. They tell Caramia and Kyrie of their relationship, Axel saying that he would probably be teased, but dating in secret would be a bad idea. Axel doesn't know how to interact with her now that they'r dating, and is worried that he will accidentally hurt her. This, combined with the knowledge that Caramia has feelings for her as well, causes him to avoid Fuka. Unsure of what to do, Fuka winds up offering to help clean the estate. Axel walks into Caramia's office as she is in there, and misunderstands their closeness as a sign that they are in a relationship. He runs away, and Fuka and Caramia find him the next night in a bar, completely drunk. Axel wakes up the next day with Fuka next to his bed. He tells her that she should be with Caramia, as he would be able to treat her better. Fuka, however, kisses Axel and says that she wants to be with him.

The One-Eyed Piper Biographical Information Kanji ハーメルン
Rōmaji Hāmerun
“It's Hamelin. I'm the don of famiglia Grimm. What else do I have to say...? Hmm... nothing in particular, I guess. I can't wait to meet you.”
Hamelin is the former don of Famiglia Grimm. He's a bit of a playboy, but his big heart makes him beloved by his subordinates. Scarlet would often scold him for his inattentiveness. For certain reasons he is presently not with his famiglia.
Appearance Personality Hamelin is an enigma. In each route he appears in besides his own, he is shown as an unstable, cruel antagonist that has given into the madness inside of himself. In his route, carrying heavy regrets, he is generally somewhat melancholic but covers it up with a smile and snarky remarks. He likes to tease people, especially the heroine and anyone he thinks he can get a rise out of (one of them being Pashet), which is also present in any other route that he shows up, albeit in a crazed way. He carries a lot of love and care inside him, and is willing to give himself up for the heroine, but it's only fully shown in one of his routes endings (of which could be considered the "good" end in contrast to the other one.)
History After he is cursed by Soh, he shots Robins wife- on a sunday- and becomes possible the reason of the war and the splitting of the territory. He gets exiled, but later returns to attack the other famiglias with his powers of his flute and his own forces, provided of his old Famiglia. He is also a character created by Dorothy’s magic, from one of the fairytales she remembered the “other world”. Hamelin in his origin story, is actually a villain, that stole away children from the town of Hamelin, after they cheated him of his money.
Plot Hamelin's Route Not too long after the Meteor Shower Gathering festival, Fuka finds out that certain people, the "ruling class", within the town do not age, nor do they die. She struggles to understand this, feeling a bit weird about the newly learned fact that her friends are not human, but telling herself to adjust if she wants to continue living there.
Caramia asks her if she would consider joining the Oz Famiglia, as she is technically still an outsider. This prompts her to think about who she really is; what her lost memories are. She tries to regain them for a bit, before deciding that she should focus on her future.
When Fuka wanders into a dangerous back alley, she sees a man collapsed on the ground.
Worried, she tries to help him; she ends up getting Soh for help carrying him, and they bring him to the church. The two eventually get to know each other, and Fuka continues to visit him there, bringing him food and chatting. One day while she's visiting, Dorian Gray enters the church. Hamelin takes her to hide in the storeroom; she winds up having to sit on his lap due to the tight space. While they're hiding, he pulls her in for a kiss, calling her his angel.
HamelinCG-001 "Now... Fuka, even I'm not sure if you're a saint or a temptress." Once they're out of the storage room, Fuka tells Hamelin, to his surprise, that no one had ever kissed her before, asking why he did it. She winds up running away from the church.
Three days pass before she works up the courage to visit him again. She meets Soh, who says he had been bringing him food in her place and tells her to go see him. He's been sad without her there, barely even noticing her come in due to how lost in thought he was. As they’re talking, they are interrupted by Caesar, who had trailed Soh, bursting in and threatening Fuka. Hamelin takes Fuka by the hand and runs from Caesar, into the center of the town. There, they are greeted by the heads of all the famiglia.
Ending A Hamelin decides to run again, telling Fuka a final goodbye. However, she winds up returning to the church, and he is hiding there, as she expected. When asked if she does, Fuka tells him that she loves him. The two decide to run away together.
HamelinCG-003 "You've let me enjoy such a sweet dream, frauelin." Before they can leave in the morning, they are found in their hiding place. Hamelin decides they must pretend he had kidnapped Fuka, to prevent her from being punished with him.
Hamelin is held in the town's former prison. Caramia tells Fuka that he overheard the two of them talking in the church, and knows that he hadn't really kidnapped her, but he won't tell any of the others, because her heart was in the right place and she didn't know what kind of a person Hamelin was.
Fuka joins Famiglia Oz as a soldati. Caramia gives her the position of prison guard, allowing her to see Hamelin every day as long as she holds that job.
Ending B HamelinCG-004 Hamelin snaps, using Fuka as a hostage. He runs with her to a house in the slums. While she questions his behavior, he shouts at her, asking why she didn't realize he was insane. She asks him why he's acting this way, and he continues to say that "it" told him to, and informs her of his past crimes as a murderer. He begins to strangle her, asking whether or not she will die.
At this point, Robin Hood enters the room, causing Hamelin to unhand her. The two speak of betrayal for a moment, and Robin Hood says that he will forsake Hamelin, pulling out a knife. The doctor is the first one to take damage, but he then stabs Hamelin with the knife, which is poisoned. Axel arrives and gets Fuka and Robin out of the building; Hamelin is attacked by the Oz soldati.
It can be presumed that Hamelin is locked up in the former prison, though he is not shown after being severely wounded and then taken to the clinic. Fuka becomes a nun and takes over the church, wanting to pray for Hamelin's sins to be forgiven.
Relationships Quotes “Sure, you can use your fists to hit someone, but you can also use hands to greet or embrace someone. That’s a path, too”,- To Soh, right before Robin’s wedding.
Trivia His weapon is a pipe that, when played, can control kids and animals. His name origins from the German town of Hameln (In German: Hamelin), which is where the fairytale he originates from takes place. In the town there is actually a statue that represents the Pied-Piper of Hameln. He knows that with enough money, the workers of Oscar Wilde will do anything for you. Says that it's even more fun than a casino because of this. Compared to him, he thinks of Scarlet as a little kid and usually treats him as such. In Scarlet's eyes, however, Hamelin doesn't appear to be very serious and often doesn’t think things through properly Just the thought of himself taking things seriously gives Hamelin goosebumps. He remarks that as long as he has Scarlet, he doesn’t have to change.
Trivia including major spoilers
Before he was cursed, he was strongly against violence of any kind and wanted to live in peace. After his imprisonment, these beliefs are shown to live on through Scarlet. He used to be friends with Robin Hood, which he tells Soh, and adds that Robin Hood would be upset if he were late to his wedding. He shot Robin Hood's wife on a Sunday.
