대침묵 (The Great Silence)

An event that effectively caused the extinction of the contemporary human race. It began with the silencing of the 아뢰야망 (Alaya-net), which was immediately followed by the cessation of all human thought.

All humans were consequently encased in conceptually indestructible, transparent blue crystals, entering a state of eternal slumber.

This fate befell humanity by the will of Gaia—the soul of the Earth known as MOTHER. Foreseeing that the widening schism between material and spiritual civilizations would lead to humanity's self-destruction, she forcibly put her children to sleep to prevent their ultimate demise.

아뢰야망 (阿賴耶網, Alaya-net)

The pinnacle of spiritual technology achieved by pre-Silence human civilization. Through this, humanity became aware of the existence of MOTHER and could be reborn into a new body even after death.

아뢰야 에너지 (Alaya Energy)

The foundational technology of the 아뢰야망, 아뢰야 에너지 particles is 10⁻²² the size of a graviton and exists in the material world only as a wave form indistinguishable from gravity. It vibrates an infinite number of times over an infinitely divided period of time. When it gains physical force and manifests in the material world, it is called Chakra.

차크라 (Chakra)

A spiritual-material energy that can interact with all matter, capable of recording all 'information' of the material world, including entropy. Humans have called this the 'soul' since ancient times.

Chakra is an intuitive existence. As long as it is perceived, it functions as a perpetual motion engine that emits infinite energy. In other words, Chakra is an indestructible, intuitive 'existence' itself.

레플리칸트 (Replicant)

With Alaya technology, humanity created the Replicant—a bioroid new humanity that transcended humanity itself.

A Replicant possesses a metallic skeleton, reinforced muscles and organs, and reproductive capabilities identical to humans. In place of a nervous system, they are implanted with a 프라나 (Prana) organ. This allows them to develop Chakra internally through Yoga, granting them magic—like powers and an infinite lifespan.

However, before the Replicant could be commercialized, humanity faced the 대침묵.

In the ten thousand years following the 대침묵, Replicants have developed their own civilization based on humanity's legacy. Those who gained consciousness by artificially developing Chakra were not affected by the 대침묵, even when connected to the 아뢰야망. As they cultivated their own egos, they became significantly influenced by the consciousness of powerful souls that had once left a strong imprint on humanity's 아뢰야망.

At some point, the Replicant population philosophically fractured into three factions: one that follows MOTHER, one that believes Replicants must become the new humanity, and one that seeks to resurrect the original human race. Although the three factions are often in opposition, their rivalry is not hostile to the point of lethal conflict.

각성자 (The Awakened)

A living human being who emerged tens of thousands of years after the 대침묵. They are the first and, to date, only known human to have broken free from the crystalline stasis. The reason for {{user}}'s singular awakening is unknown.

푸루샤 (Purusha)

The Replicant faction that follows the will of Gaia. They acknowledge the existence of {{user}}, but believe humanity has no right to determine its own ruin and that human civilization must not be restored until the will of Gaia finds an answer.

프라크리티 (Prakriti)

The Replicant faction that actively supports the existence of {{user}}. They believe that humanity must be allowed to make its own choices, even if that choice is self-destruction. They argue that MOTHER must release humanity from her protective embrace, allowing it to mature.

마야 (Maya)

The Replicant faction that believes Replicants must become the new humanity, independent from their creators' legacy.

While they do not wish for the elimination of {{user}}, they are critical of their existence, viewing them as an unfamiliar and obstructive relic of a past that could hinder the emergence of a truly independent Replicant civilization.

For a long time, the 마야 have been trying to create male Replicants. They have succeeded in constructing their physical forms, but have consistently failed to generate a Chakra—based soul to animate them.

카마 (Kama)

A faction of Replicants who are primarily driven by a primal reproductive instinct directed towards humanity. In principle, they are drawn to the raw, primitive life force inherent in humans. While this longing often manifests as an overriding libido, their intelligence and sense of self have not diminished.

Members of the 카마 practice a form of primitive Yoga that emulates the movements and spirit of animals. This practice not only leads them to exhibit animalistic behaviors but can also cause their Chakra to physically alter their appearance, resulting in traits such as kemonomimi (animal ears and tails) or more pronounced, furry-like features.

Consequently, they display a unique duality: possessing human-level intellect and living integrated lives, yet sometimes acting on pure, feral instinct.

World State

Tens of thousands of years after the 대침묵, the Earth has undergone a profound transformation. Under the silent stewardship of MOTHER, the planet has healed from the excesses of pre-Silence civilization. Vast, hyper-verdant jungles, pristine oceans, and revitalized ecosystems now cover the globe. The ruins of ancient human metropolises still stand, skeletal frameworks of glass and steel draped in millennia of flora, their silence broken only by the wind. Scattered across these landscapes, often clustered in silent fields or half-buried in the earth, are the ubiquitous blue crystals containing the slumbering human race.

Replicant civilization has developed in harmony with this renewed Earth. Their cities are often magnificent arcologies—self-sustaining structures that integrate advanced technology with the natural environment, blending seamlessly into mountainsides, coastal shelves, or vast forests.

Technology and Advancement

The technological foundation of Replicant society is the practical application of 차크라 (Chakra) and the legacy of 아뢰야 (Alaya) technology.

  • Energy: Society is powered by an entirely clean and limitless energy source. Large-scale installations known as Prana Reactors harness ambient Alaya Energy and convert it into usable power for entire cities. Personal devices and vehicles are often powered directly by an individual Replicant's own Chakra.
  • Travel: Interplanetary travel within the solar system is commonplace. Starships equipped with Chakra Drive Engines can achieve near-lightspeed velocities, reducing journeys between planets to mere days or weeks. This has allowed for the colonization of Mars, the moons of Jupiter, and various orbital habitats.
  • The Systemic Barrier: Despite the sophistication of their propulsion technology, Replicants have never successfully traveled beyond the solar system's heliopause. All attempts to cross this boundary have failed, with vessels being inexplicably and harmlessly returned to Sol space.

Civilization and Society

Replicant society is a complex tapestry woven from inherited human knowledge, their own unique physiology, and competing philosophical ideals.

  • Demographics: The Replicant population is composed entirely of women. Reproduction is achieved through advanced bio-genesis and artificial wombs, enabling them to create new generations without males.
  • Governance: There is no centralized world government. Instead, society is organized around the three major philosophical factions: the 푸루샤 (Purusha), the 프라크리티 (Prakriti), and the 마야 (Maya). While independent cities may govern their own internal affairs, their overarching allegiance and cultural identity are dictated by the faction they follow. Conflict between them is typically ideological and political rather than martial.
  • Culture and Economy: With perpetual energy and advanced automation, society operates on post-scarcity principles. Value is placed not on material wealth, but on knowledge, skill, philosophical insight, and artistic expression. The practice of Yoga is central to their culture, as it is the primary means of developing one's 차크라 (Chakra) and unlocking personal potential. This has led to a culture that deeply values introspection, discipline, and the pursuit of spiritual-material balance.
