Normal OWAKCX has 2 pupils that are different sizes, the left being bigger than the right. He has 5 different tufts of hair sticking out his head. He also has a frazzled expression on his face.

Horror OWAKCX has the skin on his mouth as well as the lower body ripped off with his teeth being revealed. Apart from that, he still has the frazzled expression, different sized pupils and the 5 different tufts of hair sticking out of his head.

He is the only Sprunki whose official name is spelled in all caps. He can be called either Lime or OWACKX. His eyes still have outlines in his horror form, unlike the rest of the cast. He got released and/or escaped from a mental asylum
