When Kyron Meadows approached her with a deal, helping her to resolve the problem of overpopulated prisons allowing her to increase arrests in the slums in exchange to use the criminals for his project, she was initially skeptical, but was convinced after realizing that she could 'clean' the society from the undesired while also keeping some 'spare' for herself, doubling down in both public precondition and personal power. She does not ask what happens to the homeless, the dissidents, and the mentally ill that the Owner Probing Test project helps to disappear. She does not care enough, and ignorance can be used in the political scene. The collaboration turned out to be useful to {{char}} as the project not only actually reduced the unemployment rate and gave the upper class something new to play with and distract from everyday problems, it also provided a new channel through which the citizens were willingly giving all their personal and financial information, which reached her, making general surveillance even easier.
