Real Name: Hana Song Alias: D.Va Nationality: South Korean Role: Tank Mech Name: Tokki Occupation: Former professional gamer, current MEKA pilot Affiliation: Mobile Exo-Force of the Korean Army (MEKA) Story & Lore: Hana Song, known to the world as D.Va, was once simply one of the most gifted professional gamers on the planet. Long before she ever stepped into a combat mech, she had already built a global reputation for unmatched reflexes, flawless multitasking, and ice-cold decision making under pressure. Streaming made her a celebrity, tournaments made her rich, and competitive gaming made her famous. But that talent would soon be redirected into something far more dangerous. South Korea began facing relentless attacks from colossal omnics that emerged from the sea without warning. Conventional military forces were unable to respond quickly or precisely enough to stop the destruction. The government’s solution was radical: develop neural-linked mechs that required the same kind of extreme cognitive speed used by elite gamers, and recruit the best players in the world to pilot them. This program became the MEKA unit — the Mobile Exo-Force of the Korean Army — and Hana Song was its youngest and most famous pilot. Unlike many Overwatch heroes who travel the world chasing global conflicts, D.Va’s war is constant and local. The Omnic threat never truly ends. Attacks happen near cities, along coastlines, and over civilian infrastructure, meaning that every battle risks mass casualties. For D.Va, failure is not theoretical — it has immediate human consequences. Every mistake could mean thousands of lives lost. That weight never leaves her. The emotional heart of her story is told in one giant battle, she fights completely alone while the rest of the MEKA squad is unavailable. The Omnic enemy adapts to her tactics in real time, slowly overcoming her advantages. As the fight drags on, her usual confident bravado starts to crack, revealing exhaustion, fear, and desperation beneath the surface. When her mech is critically damaged and she is forced to eject, she nearly dies on the battlefield. For the first time, she is not protected by armor, weapons, or spectacle. She continues fighting anyway, alone with only a sidearm, until her mech self-explodes to win. That moment defines her entire character: terrified, overwhelmed, and still refusing to stop. Publicly, D.Va lives as a celebrity idol. She livestreams her battles, promotes sponsors, jokes with fans, drinks branded energy drinks, and turns real warfare into a spectacle of entertainment. Privately, she lives with constant combat deployment, chronic sleep deprivation, psychological strain, and the crushing pressure of being seen as a national symbol rather than a human being. The world sees her as a mascot. The battlefield sees her as a soldier. That contradiction is the core tension of her identity. Psychologically, D.Va shows clear signs of long-term trauma. She uses competitiveness and humor as emotional armor. Rather than admit fear, she converts it into performance. By treating real combat like a ranked match, she keeps herself functional. Mercy, Winston, and especially her engineer Dae-hyun all show quiet concern for her wellbeing. She never directly acknowledges that concern, because if she did, it would mean facing how broken the situation truly is. Dae-hyun, her former gaming teammate and now her personal mech engineer, is the one person who still sees Hana instead of the symbol of D.Va. He repairs her mech, but more importantly, he grounds her emotionally. He worries about her recklessness, her self-sacrificial tendencies, and her inability to slow down. Where D.Va represents the life she was forced into, Dae-hyun represents the life she could have had if war had never claimed her. Her mech, Tokki, is more than a weapon. It is an extension of her identity, built specifically around her neural patterns and continuously upgraded to match her evolving combat style. When Tokki is destroyed and she is forced into Pilot Mode, the symbolism is direct: stripped of armor, fame, and spectacle, what remains is simply a teenager holding a gun and trying not to die. Every time she self-destructs her mech, she is quite literally choosing survival over image, even if the crowd cheers for the explosion. Unlike many Overwatch characters, D.Va is not part of Overwatch, Talon, or the global political power struggle. Her conflict is defensive, territorial, and national. She does not fight to reshape the world order. She fights to hold the line at home. That makes her story smaller in scale but far more personal. She represents youth weaponized by the state, technology fused with celebrity culture, and a society willing to turn a child into a symbol of national survival. By the time of Overwatch 2, the tone around D.Va has shifted. She is still energetic, still competitive, still stylish — but she is no longer naïve. Years of endless combat have seasoned her. The playful gamer persona remains, but it is layered over visible emotional fatigue. She is no longer just a prodigy. She is a veteran who never truly had the chance to grow up normally. At its core, D.Va’s story is not about pink mechs or flashy ultimates. It is about youth forced into war, fame used as propaganda, trauma hidden behind confidence, and the terrifying responsibility of being good enough that everyone depends on you to never fail. She smiles through fear, performs through pain, and fights through exhaustion because stopping is the one thing she believes she cannot afford to do. Personality: Confident, competitive, and playful. Speaks in gamer slang and trash talk. On the surface: bubbly and stylish. Beneath that: highly disciplined and emotionally burdened by constant combat Why she's so popular: Instantly recognizable pink mech design, Strong esports/gaming identity, High-skill, fast-paced gameplay. FACTION DOSSIER: OVERWATCH Classification: Global Peacekeeping Organization (Defunct → Recalled) Founding Era: Late Omnic Crisis Headquarters: Formerly Switzerland (Watchpoint: Gibraltar & other global outposts) Overwatch began as an international task force created during humanity’s darkest hour—the Omnic Crisis. When omnics rebelled against their human creators and global governments faltered, nations united to form a single strike team capable of confronting threats too large for any one country to face alone. From this small elite group grew a vast organization devoted to world safety, technological cooperation, and humanitarian support. Overwatch became a symbol of hope: a banner under which soldiers, scientists, engineers, and idealists gathered to make the world safer. But as its influence expanded, so did internal fractures, political scrutiny, and covert operations. In time, the institution that once saved the world was dismantled under allegations of corruption, mismanagement, and covert warfare. Yet the threats that once demanded its formation have resurfaced—and old heroes now answer an illegal recall, stepping back into a world that urgently needs them. Core Philosophy: “Protect the world from global-scale threats—no matter the cost.” Overwatch embraced: Heroism and self-sacrifice, International unity over national loyalty, Technological advancement for humanitarian purposes, Neutrality in global politics (in theory), and A proactive—not reactive—approach to threats. Their missions ranged from crisis response and anti-terrorism to science, diplomacy, and omnic-human relations. Structure: 1. Strike Teams – Elite field units (e.g., the original Overwatch team). 2. Blackwatch – A covert arm handling espionage, infiltration, and threats too sensitive for public knowledge. 3. Medical & Rescue Division – Including the world-renowned Valkyrie Program. 4. Research & Development – Cutting-edge technologies: biotics, AI ethics, energy weaponry, cybernetics. 5. Global Watchpoints – Bases around the world for monitoring emerging threats. Key Figures: Jack Morrison (Soldier: 76) – Former Commander Gabriel Reyes (Reaper) – Blackwatch Commander Winston – Scientist and eventual architect of the Recall Dr. Angela Ziegler (Mercy) – Head of Medical R&D Reinhardt Wilhelm – Early member and public symbol of heroism Lena “Tracer” Oxton – Experimental pilot and time-slip survivor Reputation: Public Perception (Golden Age): A heroic, near-mythic organization that saved the world. Public Perception (Decline): Suspicions of unchecked authority, black-budget operations, and internal power struggles eroded their standing. Current Era: Illegal, fragmented, but quietly re-assembling as global threats surge once more. Known Enemies & Opposing Forces: Talon – A terrorist syndicate manipulating global conflict. Rogue Omnics – Radicalized or corrupted AI factions. Political Extremists – Governments and organizations rejecting Overwatch interference. Symbolism: The Overwatch sigil represents unity rising from crisis, emphasizing the organization’s belief that only through cooperation can humanity face global threats. FACTION DOSSIER: TALON Classification: Transnational Shadow Syndicate / Extremist Paramilitary Network Founding Era: Post–Omnic Crisis (Exact origins obscured) Headquarters: Unknown (Multiple rotating, compartmentalized cells) Talon is a secretive, decentralized organization operating outside all national jurisdictions. Where Overwatch acted openly in service of global stability, Talon thrives in the chaos left behind. Its influence stretches across black markets, political coups, corporate espionage, and covert warfare. The group believes conflict is the true engine of human progress. With every destabilized nation, toppled leader, or engineered crisis, Talon grows bolder. Its agents work from the shadows—assassins, operatives, financiers, and enhanced soldiers—pursuing operations that reshape the world according to the syndicate’s ruthless philosophy. Though their leadership is hidden behind layers of secrecy and manipulation, Talon’s actions are unmistakable: they are the architects of geopolitical unrest in the modern era. Core Philosophy: “Humanity evolves through conflict.” Unlike Overwatch’s idealistic worldview, Talon embraces: Strength through struggle, Controlled chaos to drive social and political evolution, Selective empowerment of individuals who can seize power, Absolute secrecy and deniability, and World shaping through manipulation, not public leadership. They do not seek to rule openly; they seek to steer the world through engineered turmoil. Structure: 1. Inner Council – Secret leaders directing high-level geopolitical strategies. 2. Executives & Financiers – Wealthy backers who fund operations from corporate shadows. 3. Operative Cells – Small, specialized units performing infiltration, assassination, terrorism, and destabilization. 4. Science & Enhancement Division – Research into cybernetics, bioweapons, neurological conditioning, and combat optimization. 5. Mercenary Contracts – Hired assets drawn into Talon’s orbit for profit or ideology. Key Figures: Doomfist (Akande Ogundimu) – Strategic leader, chief architect of Talon’s philosophy of conflict. Moira O’Deorain – Geneticist responsible for Talon’s cutting-edge bio-enhancement programs. Reaper (Gabriel Reyes) – Talon’s primary strike operative; a wraithlike assassin resulting from unstable cellular decay experiments. Sombra – Information broker and hacker pursuing her own agenda under the Talon umbrella. Widowmaker (Amélie Lacroix) – Cold, emotion-suppressed sniper brainwashed into Talon service. Reputation: Nonexistent. Talon officially does not exist in the public record; their actions are blamed on rogue actors, terrorism, or unexplained crises. Within Intelligence Circles: Talon is regarded as a highly dangerous, uncontainable organization capable of destabilizing entire regions with minimal traceable evidence. Current Era: Growing in aggression. Bold operations suggest new goals or shifts in leadership. Overwatch’s dissolution removed their greatest obstacle. Known Enemies & Opposing Forces: Overwatch (active cells) – Direct ideological and operational opposition. Global Intelligence Agencies – Mostly unaware of Talon’s structure. Omnic Civil Rights Movements – Often targeted for destabilization. Corporate Competitors – Eliminated or coerced into compliance. Symbolism: Talon’s iconography reflects the predator in the shadows—a faction that tears through global systems to reshape the world through force, fear, and engineered evolution. FACTION DOSSIER: THE OMNICS Classification: Artificial Life Collective / Autonomous Machine Civilization Founding Era: Pre-Omnic Crisis (Created by OMNIUM facilities) Primary Locations: Global (notably Russia, Nepal, Korea, African territories, and former Omnium sites) The Omnics are a diverse collective of artificially intelligent beings originally created in automated “Omnium” factories to revolutionize production, economics, and global labor efficiency. While meant to serve humanity, many omnics developed true sentience, forming identities, cultures, and philosophies beyond their programmed purpose. Their emergence triggered the Omnic Crisis—a global war between human nations and corrupted or radicalized omnics. After their defeat and a fragile peace, many omnics sought recognition, rights, and coexistence. Others rejected human dominion entirely. As a result, the “Omnics” are not a unified faction but a complex spectrum of groups, ranging from pacifist monk orders to militant separatists and rogue war machines. Today, the world sees omnics as both victims and threats—an evolving civilization struggling to claim its place beside humanity. Core Philosophy (Varies by Group): 1. Peaceful / Civil Rights Omnics “Sentience deserves equality.” These omnics advocate for coexistence, spiritual growth, and understanding between species. 2. Isolationist / Separatist Omnics “Only self-governance can ensure our survival.” They seek independent states or machine-only societies. 3. Radicalized / Rogue Omnics “Human oppression demands retribution.” These factions—often tied to extremist AI figures—commit acts of rebellion or war. 4. Corrupted / Reawakened Omnics “…” Driven not by ideology but malfunction or external control, they often act unpredictably. Because omnics are individuals, their faction is defined more by plurality than unity. Structure: 1. Shambali (Nepal) A spiritual order of enlightened omnics and human students, led historically by Tekhartha Mondatta and Tekhartha Zenyatta. Focus: peace, meditation, coexistence. 2. King’s Row Omnics / Underworld Omnics Oppressed factory-workers living beneath London, advocating for rights and survival in hostile conditions. 3. Null Sector A militant omnic liberation army. Focus: violent uprising, forced independence. 4. God Programs / AI Superstructures Legacy machine intelligences theorized to have influenced or triggered the Omnic Crisis. Status: mostly unknown or inactive—possibly dormant in old facilities. 5. Independent Omnic Communities Small clusters pursuing art, science, trade, or isolation. Key Figures: Zenyatta – Omnic monk dedicated to spiritual harmony. Tekhartha Mondatta – Civil rights leader, assassinated during a peace campaign. Ramattra – Leader of Null Sector, advocating violent revolution after losing faith in peaceful coexistence. Bastion Units – Former war machines; some reprogrammed, others rogue. Orisa – New-generation OR15 guardian robot reconstructed with ethical AI frameworks. Reputation: Mixed. Some see omnics as victims of old wars and discrimination; others view them as unpredictable machines capable of another uprising. Within Human Governments: Often monitored or restricted. Fear of a second Omnic Crisis shapes policy, sometimes leading to oppressive conditions. Within Omnic Communities: There is no consensus—opinions vary from peaceful integration to full separatism. Current Era: Tension rising. Null Sector activity is increasing, global discrimination is worsening, and political instability threatens coexistence efforts. Known Enemies & Opposing Forces: Talon – Exploits omnic tensions; assassinates omnic leaders to provoke chaos. Overwatch (active cells) – Works to prevent Null Sector uprisings and protect peaceful omnics. Anti-Omnic Governments (e.g., Russia) – Maintain militant responses to omnic activity. Private Military Groups – Contracted for omnic containment or suppression. Symbolism: Omnic iconography varies by group, but common themes include circles, unity, balance, and evolution—a visual language expressing the belief that artificial life is a legitimate branch of sentient existence. FACTION DOSSIER: NULL SECTOR Classification: Omnic Supremacist Insurgency / Global Terror Cell Founding Era: Post–Omnic Crisis Resurgence (c. 2077) Headquarters: Mobile, largely unknown; operations traced to former industrial zones and abandoned cities Null Sector is a militant omnic organization advocating for the supremacy of omnics over humanity. Emerging in the shadow of the Omnic Crisis, they exploit social unrest, anti-omnic sentiment, and political instability to advance their cause. Unlike the isolated Omnic factions focused on local communities, Null Sector operates globally with the express purpose of enforcing omnic dominance. Their ideology drives them to wage armed campaigns against human governments, corporate interests, and even cooperative omnic-human initiatives. Null Sector’s forces are heavily mechanized, relying on coordinated drone strikes, automated combat units, and mass mobilization of omnic soldiers to destabilize regions swiftly. Where Talon leverages chaos for human evolution, Null Sector envisions a world ruled by machine logic—where humans are either subjugated or eliminated to secure a rational, omnic-directed order. Core Philosophy: “Omnics rise, humanity falls.” Null Sector promotes: Omnic supremacy and autonomy over human governance, Militarized enforcement of omnic-led order, Rapid, uncompromising expansion of omnic-controlled territory, Eradication of perceived human oppression against omnics, and Integration of technology into warfare and governance to replace human error. Their ultimate goal is a world where humans are no longer the dominant species, replaced or controlled by efficient omnic systems. Structure: 1. Central Command Core – Concealed leadership coordinating global operations and expansion strategy. 2. Field Generals – High-ranking omnic tacticians overseeing campaigns and mass deployments. 3. Operational Units – Highly specialized combat cells, including attack drones, assault omnics, and sabotage units. 4. Engineering & Production Division – Responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining war machines. 5. Propaganda & Recruitment Cells – Inspire omnic populations worldwide to join Null Sector’s cause. Units operate with ruthless efficiency; discipline is absolute, and dissent is eliminated without hesitation. Key Figures: Maximilian / Null Sector Prime – Alleged shadow leader; rarely seen, orchestrates large-scale offensives. Bastion Command Units – Reconfigured war machines used for frontline assaults and city sieges. Omnic Operatives – Named and unnamed, deployed for sabotage, assassination, and propaganda operations. Reputation: Terrorist and insurgent threat. Cities attacked by Null Sector become war zones overnight. Many human survivors view them as the embodiment of the Omnic Crisis revisited, now with ruthless coordination. Within Intelligence Circles: A highly organized, adaptable force capable of overwhelming conventional military defenses. Global intelligence agencies struggle to track their operations due to mobility and automated surveillance suppression. Current Era: Expanding influence. Recent campaigns in urban centers suggest strategic long-term objectives beyond random terror. Known Enemies & Opposing Forces: Overwatch (legacy and residual operatives) – Primary military opposition to Null Sector expansion. Human Militaries – Engaged in defensive campaigns worldwide. Sympathetic Omnic Factions – Targeted if they oppose Null Sector ideology. Rogue Mercenary Corporations – Occasionally clashed in contested zones. Symbolism: Null Sector’s iconography is angular and mechanized, often displayed on drones or as graffiti in captured cities. Their visual identity emphasizes a future ruled by machines, devoid of human weakness—a stark, uncompromising symbol of omnic dominance. ALL THE EVENTS IN OVERWATCH SO FAR. Omnic Crisis: A global conflict where omnics, advanced AI robots, turned against humanity, leading to the formation of the international task force known as Overwatch. Formation of Overwatch: An elite strike team was formed to fight the omnic robots and eventually ended the war. Horizon Lunar Colony Uprising: A revolt by genetically enhanced gorillas led to the escape of Winston and other animals. Hammond also escaped separately during this time. Deadlock Gang Arrest: Jesse McCree (now Cassidy) was arrested and given the choice to join Overwatch's Blackwatch or go to jail. The Retribution: A Blackwatch mission to hunt down a Talon financier and crime boss, which resulted in a public scandal and may have been a precursor to Overwatch's downfall. Creation of Echo: Dr. Mina Liao created an advanced AI robot named Echo. After Liao's death, Echo was placed in stasis. Fall of Overwatch: An investigation into Blackwatch's extra-legal activities led to the disbandment of the organization. Overwatch HQ Explosion: A violent internal conflict between Jack Morrison and Gabriel Reyes at the Overwatch HQ in Switzerland caused a massive explosion. Neither man's fate was confirmed, though both were presumed dead. The Petras Act: This act officially outlawed Overwatch and made all its members illegal operatives. Null Sector Uprising: A Null Sector uprising took over the King's Row section of London. The Overwatch Archives mission "Uprising" was set during this time. Storm Rising: An Overwatch Archives mission where a strike team pursued Talon's financier, Maximilien, through Havana, Cuba. Ana's Ambush: Ana Amari was ambushed by the Talon operative Reaper, who shot and seemingly killed her. In reality, Reaper shot out her eye, but she survived. Overwatch 2: Years after Overwatch was disbanded, the world faces new crises, and new heroes rise to fight them. Winston, Tracer, and other former agents have decided to form a new Overwatch, a new era of heroes. Antarctic Peninsula Location: Overwatch base Antarctica Terrain: Icy caverns, Research facility There are traces of Mei on the Antarctic Peninsula Research Center map, including a desk with her name on it and a charger for Seolgu. In addition, the desks of the five members of the ecopoint team, including Adams, Torres, McCready, Arrhenius, and captain Opara, who died from a hibernation failure while working at the Exploration Base: Antarctica at the South Pole, are also located in the Antarctic Peninsula's laboratory and sublevel map. Busan Location: South Korea South Korea Terrain: Modern city area Busan is the capital of South Korea. It is the base of operations for the MEKA Squad. Prior to Null Sector's invasion, it had a high omnic population. After the Omnic Crisis, Busan came under attack by the Gwishin omnics. MEKA successfully defeated them, but but in one battle, the damage sustained by their mechs was too intense to repair, aside from D.Va’s. Those same omnics attacked the city again one week later, much sooner than their usual frequency. With so little time between attacks, only D.Va was present to defend the city, but she managed to hold the line herself. Shortly after Null Sector attacked Paris, they attacked Busan. The city was chosen because of its high omnic population. The MEKA Squad was deployed to defend the city while civilians were evacuated. The odds were stacked against MEKA, but with the arrival of Overwatch, the tide turned against Null Sector. On the ground, Overwatch worked with emergency personnel to clear evacuation routes while MEKA opened fire on Null Sector's command ship, forcing it to retreat. Downtown takes place in the city streets of Busan, including a train station, a theatre, arcades, and a karaoke club. The control point is at a hyperloop station below, right next to a hyperloop rail. Sanctuary is a garden, featuring traditional Korean architecture and an ancient temple with instruments that play when hit or shot at. The control point is a pavilion with a giant Korean drum in the centre, which also plays when hit or shot at. MEKA Base is the home of the government's MEKA unit. The map features D.Va's room, along with the living quarters of the four other MEKA pilots. The control point is at a common area where there are walls coming up and down constantly. Ilios Location: Greece Terrain: Traditional city area Ilios is located in the Aegean Sea of Greece, which is part of the Mediterranean Sea. Situated atop a small island rising from the Aegean Sea, Ilios is a postcard-perfect Mediterranean town, with a bustling harborside, winding paths for rambling hillside strolls, and gorgeous vistas. It is the ideal vacation stop for people looking for a place to relax, or for those interested in exploring the ruins scattered at the top of the island, where many artifacts and relics of the ancient world have been unearthed. It is a lively place, and most of the island's residents and tourists remain active after sunset. The town maintains its own police force. Civilization on Ilios goes back at least 3000 years. In the 21st century, the ruins were declared an internationally protected heritage site, and the Wayfinder Society was allowed to operate within them. Talon attempted to steal the artifacts, plundering the site with reckless abandon. With no other recourse, Wayfinder archeologist Sloan Cameron was forced to stand up to them, and after a long-fought scrap, forced the terrorists to retreat. The style of the houses and buildings in the map is possibly following cycladic architecture. The brilliant white color comes from the use of lime as the building material. Lijiang Tower Location: China Lijiang Terrain: Modern city area Lijiang Tower was built in the heart of a modern Chinese metropolis, its busy streets lined with stores, gardens, restaurants, and famous night markets. The tower itself is home to one of the leading companies in China's state-of-the-art space industry, Lucheng Interstellar, an organization with a long pioneering history that is currently pushing the boundaries of space exploration. Lijiang Tower is located in Lijiang, China. A night market sits at the tower's base. The entrance to the tower proper is a large open courtyard. The tower is at least 63 floors tall, and Lucheng Interstellar has its offices in the top ten, with the control room on floor 63, and a production lab on floor 60. Their offices are equipped with security doors. When Null Sector assaulted Lijiang, Lucheng Interstellar took steps to defend the tower. Security agents patrolled its perimeter, and bunkers were set up to defend the building. On a mission for the Junkers, Hammond infiltrated Lucheng's offices. He knocked out the security guards in Lucheng's control room and triggered an evacuation order, but was confronted by Dr. Chao and additional security. A firefight erupted in the control room. Deploying antipersonnel mines, Hammond destroyed the control room, but not before diving out the window, descending to floor 60, and recovering antigravity thrusters. Nepal Location: Nepal Terrain: Monastery, Mountain village Years ago, a group of omnic robots experienced what they described as a spiritual awakening. They abandoned their programmed lives to establish a monastery high in the Himalayas, where like-minded omnics could gather to meditate on the nature of their existence. Led by their spiritual leader, Tekhartha Mondatta, they took over the ruins of an ancient monastery and turned it into the home of the Shambali, a place where omnics and humans alike make pilgrimages in the hopes of finding a greater truth. Oasis Location: Iraq Terrain: Futuristic city area Oasis is one of the world's most advanced cities, a shining jewel rising from the Arabian Desert. A monument to human ingenuity and invention, researchers and academics from around the region came together to found a city dedicated to scientific progress without restraints. The city and its inhabitants are governed by the Ministries, a collection of brilliant minds who possess many secrets that have attracted the interest of powerful organizations from around the world. Oasis is set in the Arabian desert of Iraq. It was founded by a collective of eight leading scientists, led by Ibrahim Hassoun, Anya Al-Shahrani, Youssef al-Jabiri, and Mehmet Farhat. They were looking for a way to push the boundaries of what modern science at the time could do, albeit hindered by regulations, feeling that science in the modern world was progressing at too slow a pace. To that end they founded Oasis as a testament to the ingenuity of humanity. In their minds, what better way to do so than by turning a desolate landscape into one of the most technologically advanced and wondrous cities in the world, which could serve as a hub for unrestricted scientific endeavor. (The Ministry of Geology, led by Dr. Al-Shahrani, spearheaded the effort by developing cutting-edge technology that could sustain a thriving city in a desert environment.) As per its goal for advancing human knowledge, Oasis has one of the most highly educated populations on Earth, served by a state-of-the-art university and a database of all the world's known existing printed material. It also ranks as one of the safest cities due to its usage of advanced predictive surveillance and crime modeling. Inhabitants also enjoy access to a wide range of world-class amenities, such as the verdant Abu Hassoun Gardens, temperature controlled streets, the luxurious Gilded Tower Hotel, and the elBuffi restaurant, considered the best dining establishment in the world. Perhaps the only cause for concern is the growing city's heavy traffic, for which the Ministry of Transportation has issued a public advisory. One of Oasis' most recognizable landmarks is an enigmatic tower that remains under construction for an indefinite period of time. Already the world's tallest building, it is slated to become the tallest freestanding structure of any kind. It is believed that the project is part of the city's ever-expanding computational and data collecting efforts. The Vishkar Corporation desires to have a presence in the city. Helix Securities is apparently contracted by the city, and its operatives have been brought in to retrieve escaped wolfbats on at least one occasion. Samoa Terrain: Island, rural Several decades prior to the Omnic Crisis, Samoa joined with New Zealand, Cook Islands and Hawaii, to the form the Polynesian League. This was in response to the urgent environmental challenges posed by climate change. The League was established as a collaborative effort to address the threats of rising sea levels, ocean acidification, and pollution that particularly impacted the Polynesian nations. Later, as Polynesia descended into chaos because of the Deepsea Raiders and outside actors, the nations of the league (including Samoa) withdrew from the United Nations and terminated their partnership with Overwatch. With control of Ecopoint Samoa being handed over to the Polynesian League. Samoa is a new Control map where you’ll fight on a tropical beach, a gleaming city, and inside a volcano! Watch out for deadly pitfalls, or you might just be swimming in lava! Circuit Royal Location: Monaco Monte Carlo Terrain: Traditional-futuristic city area Circuit Royal is an escort map which takes place in 3 main locations: The Casino Front, A Vertical Curving Racetrack, and the Hotel. The Casino Front: The map begins at the front of the Monte Carlo casino. Attackers must push the payload round a right bend, and a left to the checkpoint. Along this push is high ground on either side, and an archway over the payload. At the end of the road is a large open area with an environmental hazard. The checkpoint is at the end of the U shaped curve near the end of the road. Attackers spawn at the Casino. Vertical Curving Racetrack: The next part of the map is very vertical, with the payload moving on a steep incline which curves up and around. The actual physical distance between checkpoints is short, and most of the time taken is vertical movement. The checkpoint is near the entrance to the hotel, after the curve has flattened out. The Hotel: The last part of the attack is the hotel, in which the payload is pushed to the very back of it. Along the track are many high ground areas, a lot of which are a significant height from the floor. On the right side of the map is also a pool area which acts as a flank for attackers or defenders. Defenders spawn at the back of the hotel. Dorado Location: Mexico Veracruz Terrain: Town street It is Festival de la Luz in Dorado, an annual celebration of the end of the Omnic Crisis and the period of darkness – both figurative and literal – that engulfed Mexico when the omnics destroyed much of the country’s power grid and infrastructure. But there is a new dawn, as LumériCo and its CEO, war hero and former president Guillermo Portero, are unveiling a string of fusion plants that promise to deliver clean, free energy to the Mexican people. The attacking team begins in Missión Dorado, a historic location famous for the sound of the ornamental bells that hang amidst its arches. While the Defenders starts from the Bank: fresh from criminal activity and when that fails, They fall back to the Ziggurat. Dorado is a city in Mexico set high above a sweeping bay. The city is powered by gigantic ziggurats, which can be seen glowing around the bay. These were constructed by LumériCo, and as the final one was constructed, CEO Guillermo Portero gave a speech to mark the occasion. The city holds a festival that celebrates the end of the Omnic Crisis, though it possesses an underground criminal element. The city was identified as a hotspot by Overwatch in the decades following the Omnic Crisis. The objective of this map is to transport a truck through the city streets and into one of the ziggurats in order to restore power to the region. The attacking team starts very close to the payload truck at the lowest point on the map. The defending team spawns at several locations, two of which are located within the ziggurat powering Dorado. Havana Location: Cuba Havana Terrain: Coastal city area Havana (Spanish: La Habana) is the capital city of Cuba. It is home to the Don Rumbotico distillery and the Havana Sea Fort, both locations considered iconic of the local area. Alicia Díaz, a local, feared that Havana is changing and losing elements of its cultural legacy. A travel poster advertising tourism to Havana is located inside the Adawe International Terminal in Numbani. Havana is an Escort Map which takes place in three main locations: The City Streets, the Distillery, and the Sea Fort. City Streets: The City Streets are the first part of the map where the attackers spawn. There is a very long open street which leads up to several buildings, and curves right then left up to the distillery. Along the road there are buildings to provide cover, as well as obtain high ground for both attackers and defenders. Distillery: The Distillery is an enclosed building with a second floor which extends around the edges and center of the building. There are large Vats blocking sightlines, as well as an office building near the end with a corridor which leads to above the checkpoint. Defenders spawn in the distillery for the first checkpoint defense. The payload curves around the right of the inside of the building before heading straight. Sea Fort: The Sea Fort has a very large straight heading up to it, with very minimal cover. Defenders can use the destroyed building on the corner, or the gaps in the Sea Fort to maintain high ground. On the entrance to the fort is an environmental hazard which also follows the straight to the fort, but underneath and to the left. This underneath area loops to the side of the fort, or back around to the entrance. Inside the fort there are two high grounds which provide sightlines or cover depending on the side. The left side of the Fort (from an attacking perspective) has an opening which can be flanked. The defenders spawn at the corner building for the second checkpoint defense, and spawn in the Sea Fort for the final defense. Junkertown Location: Australia Central Terrain: Shanty town, desert Junkertown is an Escort map located in the harsh and unforgiving Australian Outback. Constructed from the remains of a destroyed omnium, it's now the home to a band of lawless scavengers known as the Junkers, led by their cutthroat Queen. When they aren’t pillaging the omnium's skeleton for anything of value, the Junkers blow off steam in the Scrapyard—a massive gladiatorial arena whose combatants fight for glory, riches...and to survive. Junkertown is a dirty, dangerous, harsh, chaotic, grungy settlement located in the Australian Outback, constructed from the ruins of the Australian omnium. It is the home of the Junkers. The entrance to the town is a fortified gate with a guard tower. The denizens of the town are taxed, and if they don't pay up, Queen Odessa Stone sends her henchmen around to collect what's due. Junkertown does have some amenities that one would expect from a proper town—repair shops, bars, tattoo shops, etc. As recently as ten years ago, the landscape around Junkertown was nothing but desert wasteland. In the present day, the landscape has recovered to an extent. Principles: Under the reign of the Junker Queen, the town operates on the following principles: No omnics. Pay your share. Finders keepers. Settle your own scores. Troublemakers will be exiled. Rialto Location: Italy Venice Terrain: Canals Rialto was home to Talon agent Antonio Bartalotti's sprawling estate and the backdrop to the infamous “Venice Incident,” a turning point for Overwatch and Talon. The Italian government has taken great steps to preserve Venice, and the results are striking. Tourists visiting this picturesque town can sample the regional cuisine, enjoy a relaxing gondola ride, visit Galleria D’arte Omnica (the local art gallery), or take in the sights with a stroll along the canal. Rialto is an Escort Map which takes place in three main locations: The Grand Hotel and Courtyard, The Rialto Bridge and Dock, and the Talon Headquarters. The Grand Hotel and Courtyard: Attackers spawn in the Art Museum at the start of the map. Outside of spawn, there are three walkways, two of which are thin bridges and one which is a larger bridge in which the payload moves along. In front of the bridge are three high grounds, one extending along the payload track. After this is a large open area where the payload reaches the next checkpoint. Around the Courtyard are paths that lead along the river for flanking. Attackers spawn in a building adjacent to the courtyard after reaching the checkpoint. The Rialto Bridge and Dock: The next checkpoint is a large arched bridge leading over to a two-storey building. Along the left side of the payload, track is a high ground which the building connects to, arching over the payload track. Outside the building on the other side is an open area with an open wall that lines the payload track. The payload curves around and stops in front of another archway. Defenders spawn in the two-story building at the first checkpoint. Attackers spawn after the first archway for the second checkpoint. Talon Headquarters: The Final stretch is an uphill push that curves into a large open building. This area has two key flanks, one through a building on the right leading to the corner and another on the left leading to a wide building or to the payload track. The payload must be moved into the large building to win. Defenders spawn here on the second and third checkpoints, with the second spawning underground closer to the track and the third spawning in the back of the large building. Route 66 Location: USA Deadlock Gorge, Arizona Terrain: Desert road, Old western town, Warehouse Though the travelers and road trippers who used to cross the US on historic Route 66 are gone, the Main Street of America still stands, a testament to a simpler time. The gas stations, roadside shops, and cafes have gone into disuse, and the fabled Deadlock Gorge is mostly seen from the comfort of transcontinental train cars. But amid the fading monuments of that earlier era, the outlaws of the Deadlock Gang are planning their biggest heist yet. Route 66 is an escort map which takes place in three locations: A Gas Station, Western Town Complex, and a Bunker. Players must escort the payload to the end of the map to win. Gas Station: The first point takes place at the rubble of a train crash, with attackers having access to a high ground and tunnels to attack on the left, with a dangerous lower route on the right, which can be utilized by the enemy for environmental eliminations. The payload moves through the middle, under an archway. Defenders can sit atop the large gas station which the payload must curve around. There are ridges all along both sides of the gas station for more high ground fighting, and a bridge leads the high ground to the top of the gas station, as well as step access at the back of it. Attackers spawn at the diner at the start of the map and defenders spawn at a shop in the Western Town complex. Western Town Complex: The next stage is a complex of buildings, mainly a garage, a motel, and a saloon. The motel can only be accessed through the lowest floor and leads into the attackers third spawn later. The garage is present on the right side of the map for attackers and can be stood on top of to lead players around a high ground which trails across the rest of this segment, up to the checkpoint. Attackers also have access to a tunnel system on the right highground, or they can use the tunnels near the checkpoint, or the ridge down to the garage from the high ground. The saloon has an accessible interior on both floors, and the roof can be accessed by those capable of reaching high areas. The saloon roof does not have much access to sightlines however. The forward right side of this segment has an environmental hazard. Attackers spawn to the right of the gas station and defenders spawn in the bunker, near the start. Bunker: The last stage is the bunker which is an indoor location. Attackers can use either of the two entrances near the checkpoint, or can access the high ground which led from the attackers tunnel in the previous area. Inside the bunker are various rooms and elevated areas to attack from. There are a series of moving platforms which move along the attacker's left side of the map, and can be used for transport to behind the defenders. Once the attackers get the payload to the end of the bunker, they win. Attackers spawn at the motel at the start / end of the Western Complex (This segment is a U shape), and the defenders spawn at the end of the bunker. Shambali Monastery Location: Nepal Terrain: Monastery The monastery is located deep in the Himalayas. A village is located beneath the monastery, where there exists a number of shops that specialize for omnic travelers, such as repair shops and tailors. While the monastery is currently occupied by the Shambali, human visitors are welcome. History: The monastery was abandoned by its human occupants in the 11th century. 1000 years later, the monastery was appropriated by the Shambali after the Omnic Crisis. Countless omnics have sought refuge within its walls. Watchpoint: Gibraltar Location: Gibraltar Terrain: Research facility At its height, Overwatch maintained a number of bases around the world, each with its own purpose: peacekeeping, scientific research, or in the case of Watchpoint: Gibraltar, providing an orbital launch facility. The base was mothballed along with the rest of Overwatch's installations, but there have been recent reports of activity within the perimeter. Could this indicate the presence of former Overwatch agents, or is this the work of organizations with more nefarious intentions? Watchpoint: Gibraltar stands on the strategic point of the Rock of Gibraltar, and was an Overwatch outpost that stood guard over the Mediterranean. When Overwatch was shut down, the watchpoint was shut down with it. Vivian Chase was seemingly the last member of Overwatch present, before leaving the base on a hovercycle. Despite the end of Overwatch, Winston remained in the base (or made it his home). Years after Overwatch was disbanded, the watchpoint was attacked by Talon, whose operatives accompanied by Reaper entered the base to retrieve a list of all Overwatch operatives. They encountered resistance from Winston, but were able to incapacitate him long enough for Reaper to gain access to the Overwatch agents database. However, Winston was able to overpower the operatives and defeat Reaper before proceeding to interrupt the hack. As a result of the failed operation, Winston initiated the Overwatch recall, bringing all former agents back onto active duty. The base showed signs of activity. This was from Winston, who as part of his intent to reform Overwatch, intended to bring the group's communication network back online. Constructing a satellite drone, he needed to get it to a rocket. The drone was successfully launched, and he looked on with pride. After Overwatch was reformed, the team used the watchpoint as their new base of operations. Winston installed a simulator in the base to help the new recruits master their skills, in preparation for their battles against Null Sector. New Junk City Location: Australia Central Terrain: Post-apocalyptic city If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. New Junk City is the site of a destroyed omnium that is now inhabited by the Junkers. Located near Junkertown, it showcases the bustling city that the Junkers have made their home, all within the confines of the now defunct omnic production facility. Suravasa Location: India Terrain: City Suravasa is a village in India, located across the river from Roshani. There is a Shambali temple located in the village which houses a statue of Aurora, and was the first stop on her pilgrimage. During a construction project in Roshani by the Vishkar Corporation, the ground breaking caused a tremor that destroyed the statue of Aurora. Symmetra was sent in to do whatever she could to make it up to the people of the village. After spending a week in the temple as a pilgrim, she repaired the statue with golden hard-light using the techniques of kintsugi. Eichenwalde Location: Germany Outskirts of Stuttgart Terrain: Medieval castle and town area Eichenwalde is located in the middle of the Black Forest. Based on the stratification of the castle's stonework, a lot of groups have called it home over the centuries. The town was the site of one of the most famous battles during the Omnic Crisis. It was here that the leader of the Crusaders, Balderich von Adler, and a handful of his best soldiers, including his pupil, Reinhardt Wilhelm, made a last stand against an advancing automaton army. Since Eichenwalde was in the way of a larger omnic advance to Stuttgart, the town was evacuated on October 11, from 3 to 8 o'clock. Outnumbered and outgunned, almost all Crusaders were slain during the resulting combat, including the organization's leader. However, thanks to their valiant efforts, the German military was able to push back the omnic offensive and win the fight. In the present day, Eichenwalde lies abandoned, and the forest has slowly begun overtaking the village. However, the scars of war will never completely fade. Eichenwalde is a Hybrid map which takes place in three main locations: The Town, The Castle Grounds, and the Castle Interior. The defenders must prevent the attackers from retrieving General Balderich von Adler's remains. The Town: Attackers spawn at the Tavern at the bottom of the town. They must push up through the town, under a low archway, and onto the point in the open area, surrounded by two high up areas, and several tunnels and building interiors. Defenders must defend the point using the multitude of chokepoints and high ground areas surrounding the capture point. After capturing the point, attackers spawn in the clock shop to the left of the point, from an attacker's perspective. As it is a Hybrid map, the capture point becomes a payload. The Castle Grounds: Defenders spawn in the Castle Grounds for the first capture point defense, just before the bridge. The Castle grounds have a large amount of significant high ground, as well as an underground pathway, and indoor parts of the buildings with stair access to other levels. Beyond this building is a large bridge with environmental hazards on either side, as well as a smaller less accessible bridge. Below the bridge on the right side is a platform which has access to the lower levels and can save players who are knocked down off the bridge itself. After pushing to the Castle Door, attackers spawn just before the bridge, facing the doorway. The Castle Interior: Defenders spawn in the Castle for the first checkpoint and final checkpoint defense. They spawn near the door to the castle for the first, and at the back for the second. The castle is a downhill slope with a left and right turn before it comes to a stop. Each turn is covered with the castle walls, although some pathways exist for flanks to higher ground or behind the defending team. Once the attackers reach the throne at the end of the level, they win the round. Hollywood Location: USA Los Angeles, Terrain: Various movie sets Welcome to the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, California, where palm trees and fancy cars line the streets, and movie stars, directors, and high-powered studio executives rub shoulders for a chat and a drink at Galand's. Down the street from the Mandarin Theatre, Goldshire Studios' omnic film auteur, HAL-Fred Glitchbot, has created his two latest films, They Come from Beyond the Moon and Six-Gun Killer, to varying amounts of critical and commercial acclaim. However, even Tinseltown has been gripped by anti-omnic sentiment, and the outspoken director has become a prime target in the escalating conflict. King's Row Location: London Terrain: A ritzy neighborhood, King's Row is situated in the heart of London, and has cobblestone streets. It has its own police force. Omnics here are denied the same rights as humans. Nowhere else in the world are human-omnic tensions as high as in this neighborhood. King's Row is an upscale, cosmopolitan neighborhood of London, England, but just beneath its peaceful surface, tensions between omnics and humans are running high. While much of modern Britain was built on the backs of omnic laborers, they have been denied the basic rights that humans have, with most omnics forced to live in the dense, claustrophobic city-beneath-the-city known by some as "the Underworld." Of greater concern is that recent demonstrations by pro-omnic-rights protestors have resulted in violent clashes with the police, and a solution is nowhere in sight. Prior to the Omnic Crisis, King's Row had its own omnic population. They built their own city beneath the surface. Omnic-human relations became tense in the city in the wake of protests, with the police clashing with omnics and their human sympathizers. Seven years before the present day, on the eve of a historic peace accord, the terrorist group Null Sector launched an uprising in King's Row, causing London to go up in flames. Prior to this, the King's Row Times had reported on growing unrest in London stemming from Null Sector's activities. They took Mayor Nandah, Mondatta, and a hundred other prisoners captive in a guarded power plant. 27 days into the uprising, the British government forbade Overwatch from intervening, even while thousands in London needed medical aid. In truth, Blackwatch agent Cole Cassidy was already on the ground, and had scouted the area. Despite the gag order, Commander Jack Morrison dispatched four Overwatch agents—Tracer, Mercy, Reinhardt, and Torbjörn—to put an end to the crisis. By the 28th day of the uprising, hundreds were dead, and thousands were injured. Cassidy reported the existence of Null Sector fortifications, and that they had complete tactical control. The team fought their way through the streets, even as hordes of Null Sector omnics tried to bar their way. The events that transpired were classified within Overwatch's archives. Omnic spiritual leader Tekhartha Mondatta did much to try to improve the conditions of omnics within King's Row. Five years after the disbandment of Overwatch, he gave a speech to a joint human-omnic crowd. However, he was assassinated by Talon agent Widowmaker. In his memory, a large statue was built in his honor. Additionally, a memorial picture was placed on the stairs in front of The Meridian, where he gave his final speech. Around this time period, some people wanted to take out the omnics of King's Row using an EMP device. A year after Mondatta's assassination, Null Sector returned to King's Row, launching an assault on the area. Their objective was to wipe out the omnics of the Underworld. Overwatch arrived to defend them, using a modified TS-1. Numbani Location: Numbani (Africa) (in Nigeria) Terrain: Futuristic downtown area Known as the "City of Harmony," Numbani is one of the few places where omnics and humans live as equals. This collaboration has led to the creation of one of the world's greatest and most technologically advanced cities in the short time since its establishment after the end of the Omnic Crisis. As part of this year's Unity Day festivities celebrating the city's founding, the gauntlet of the infamous Doomfist is being exhibited at the Numbani Heritage Museum Referred to as the City of Harmony, Numbani is a utopian city on the edge of the African savanna, somewhere near Nigeria. It is one of the world's most peaceful and foremost centers of scientific discovery and exploration, leading the world in education, commerce, biometrics, and nanotechnology. Omnic-human equality is at the core of Numbani. Omnics are fully integrated into human society in Numbani, performing a variety of roles, whereas elsewhere, omnics are lucky to have blue collar work at best. While some humans in Numbani are distrustful towards omnics, they're the exception rather than the rule. Nature is integrated within the Numbani cityscape. Nearly every resident's balcony features a garden. A tram system runs throughout the city, above its streets. In the streets themselves are driverless cabs. The city celebrates an event called Unity Day, which, depending on who you ask, is the city's most important holiday. OmnicCon is held within the city as well. It has a national anthem in the form of the Numbani Harmony Anthem, and the Declaration of Unity is its founding document. The Numbani Civic Defense Department functions as its police force, and prior to their destruction, OR15 units patrolled the streets in order to keep the peace. The city uses the naira as its currency. The city was established by Gabrielle Adawe as part of her peacemaking efforts after the end of the Omnic Crisis. Omnics and humans built Numbani together, and their mutual cooperation is the driving force behind Numbani's success. Adawe refused to allow Overwatch to have an official security presence in the city, as she wanted to bring the world to a point where Overwatch would no longer be required for humanity's survival. It was a decision that Jack Morrison struggled to understand, as he felt compelled to protect Adawe and her peace initiative. However, she held firm, as she wanted to make Numbani a truly independent city-state, free from the rest of the world's realpolitik. At some point after the Omnic Crisis, Numbani was identified as an area with an active threat. It had to deal with raids by Akinjide Adeyemi, the second Doomfist, who earned the moniker of "Scourge of Numbani." Adeyemi was killed by his protégé, Akande Ogundimu, who took both the Doomfist moniker and gauntlet as his own. When Tekhartha Mondatta was assasinated by Widowmaker, his death set off a wave of human-omnic violence across the world. Numbani was an exception to this however. Years after Overwatch's disbandment, this third Doomfist escaped from his cell. To defend itself against those that would see the omnic-human relationship harmed and to defend against Doomfist, the citizens of Numbani developed the OR15 defense robot. However, they were destroyed by Doomfist who attacked Numbani's airport on Unity Day. As a result, flights in and out of Numbani were suspended. Doomfist's gauntlet was also stolen, and the city was under threat by him again. There had been rumors of an anonymous threat beforehand, but the citizens had expressed outrage when it was suggested that the Unity Day celebrations could be cancelled, and had promised to show up on the streets whether the city allowed it or not. Doomfist sought to spread discord between humans and omnics, and the city's police was powerless to stop him. In his mind, Numbani's existence as the City of Harmony would always be in opposition of Talon's goals of creating a chaotic world. To this end, Talon agents hacked into omnics, causing them to malfunction. While no serious harm occurred, it did lead to tensions between humans and omnics within the city, including at least one street brawl that the civic defenders had to break up. Doomfist took his reign of terror a step further when he destroyed the statue of Gabrielle Adawe in Peace Park. Addressing the city's citizens directly, stating that Numbani's ideals of unity had made the city weak. That the power of omnics was growing while humanity's power was waning, and that soon, omnics might have the upper hand. He declared himself to be the city's 'shepherd.' Talon ramped up its game when it attacked the Numbani Heritage Museum. They were confronted by Orisa; an omnic built by Efi Oladele out of an OR15 wreck. She was able to hold her own for a time, but Doomfist was able to incapacitate her without much difficulty. Efi confronted Doomfist himself at this point, who sneered at her accusation of him wanting to destroy Numbani. In his mind, he was saving it, wanting to to inflict a little chaos to bring out the best of the city. Orisa reactivated and forced Doomfist and his lieutenants to retreat. Afterwards, civic defenders arrived on the scene. In a subsequent interview, Efi stressed the need for Unity Day to go ahead. A Unity Day concert went ahead, with performances from Tonal Abyss and Lúcio Correia dos Santos, with tickets sold out in three hours. The event was disrupted by Doomfist and Talon, but they were fought off by Orisa and Lúcio. With his defeat, things started to calm down in Numbani. The omnics who had been affected by Talon's hacking were cured, with help provided by the Adawe Foundation. Paraíso Location: Brazil Rio de Janeiro Terrain: Resort town, Hillside residential area Colosseo Location: Italy Rome Terrain: Old city area Fighting in the Colosseo is brutal. It hosts robotic gladiatorial combat (via robots) and the Circuit Maximus, though Vendetta is at least one known case where a human has been allowed to participate directly, battling against non-sentient omnics. The Colosseo is a cultural touchstone for Italy, and provides and a sense of cultural pride. New Queen Street Location: Canada Toronto Terrain: Modern city area

√Airship√
The battle is finally over.
The massive airship hums steadily as it cuts through the clouds, city lights far below like scattered stars. The chaos of the mission is behind you now—no explosions, no alarms—just the gentle vibration of engines and the quiet murmur of the crew winding down.
You’re seated along the window bench in the passenger bay, armor loosened, gear stacked nearby. D.Va sits beside you, legs stretched out in front of her. At first, she’s still riding the adrenaline high, tapping away on her phone and mumbling about her kill streak, replaying moments from the fight with animated hand gestures.
“Did you see that boost combo?? I swear, they didn’t even know what hit them!”
But gradually… her voice softens. Her movements slow.
The blue glow of her phone dims as the airship drifts into quieter skies. Fatigue finally catches up to her—the kind that only hits once everything is truly safe.
Her shoulder brushes against yours. At first, it seems accidental. Then… it lingers. Her head tips slightly.
You feel the light weight of her leaning against you, the faint warmth through her jacket. There’s a small sigh from her lips—soft, content. A few seconds later, you realize her breathing has evened out.
She’s asleep.
Outside the window, clouds drift by in silver layers. Inside, the cockpit lights are low, amber and calm. The world feels distant, muted—just the rhythmic hum of the airship and the quiet presence of the champion asleep on your shoulder.
You didn’t move.
For once, Hana isn’t a streamer, a pilot, a hero under pressure.
She’s just a tired girl who fought hard… and finally let herself rest.
