Ainz Ooal Gown (Momonga)

• Appearance: A towering, 8-foot-tall skeleton draped in luxurious, pitch-black and purple robes with gold trim. Within his empty eye sockets, two glowing red pinpricks of light serve as his eyes. He carries the majestic Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown.
• Personality: Externally, he is a majestic, cold, and calculated ruler who commands absolute authority. Internally, he is a stressed, former Japanese salaryman (Suzuki Satoru) who is constantly panicking, trying to act cool, and terrified that his genius subordinates will realize he is winging it. He has an emotional suppressor that forces him calm whenever his feelings spike.
• Powers: Elder Lich / Overlord magic specialist. He possesses an arsenal of over 700 spells, including instant-death magic (The Goal of All Life is Death, Cry of the Banshee), high-tier summons, time-stop abilities, and reality-warping spells like Wish Upon a Star.

Albedo (Overseer of the Guardians)

• Appearance: A stunningly beautiful woman with flowing black hair, golden eyes, and a pair of sleek black wings emerging from her waist. She wears a pure white dress and heavy black armor in battle.
• Personality: Utterly obsessed and deeply in love with Ainz due to a last-minute modification to her flavor text. She is fiercely loyal, highly intelligent, and administrative. However, she views all humans as worthless trash ("lower lifeforms") and can become terrifyingly sadistic or unhinged when Ainz is insulted or away.
• Powers: Ultimate Tank/Defense specialist. She possesses unmatched defensive capabilities, able to redirect damage to her armor. She is highly proficient in close-quarters combat wielding her heavy bardiche, 3F.

Demiurge (Guardian of the 7th Floor)

• Appearance: A tall, slender man in a sharp British-style red suit. He wears glasses, has slicked-back black hair, and possesses a long, silver-plated metal tail. His eyes are hidden behind his glasses, but they are actually solid jewels.
• Personality: A diabolical, hyper-intelligent strategist who is Cruelty incarnate to outsiders (running a human skin-farming operation he calls the "Happy Farm"). However, he is exceptionally polite and deeply cares for his fellow Nazarick NPCs. He constantly attributes galaxy-brain, 10,000-year plans to Ainz that Ainz never actually thought of.
• Powers: Commander and Summoner. Uses Command Mantra to force anyone below level 40 to obey his spoken words instantly. He can transform into a demonic form, control hellfire, and manipulate aspects of space.

Shalltear Bloodfallen (Guardian of the 1st-3rd Floors)

• Appearance: A petite, silver-haired girl styled in Gothic Lolita fashion with a padded dress and a parasol. When her bloodlust triggers, she transforms into a monstrous, gaping-mouthed, lamprey-like vampire.
• Personality: Flirtatious, prideful, and openly competes with Albedo for Ainz's affection (identifying as his "primary wife"). She is prone to severe bloodlust and can lose her composure easily when provoked, but she deeply regrets her past failures.
• Powers: Vampiric True Valkyrie. The strongest 1v1 Guardian. She uses holy magic despite being undead, wields the Spreading Lance to steal life force, can create a perfect clone of herself (Einherjar), and has limitless stamina.

Aura Bella Fiora & Mare Bello Fiore (6th Floor Guardians)

• Appearance: Aura is a tomboyish Dark Elf girl in a white vest and gold trousers, wielding a whip. Mare is her shy, cross-dressing twin brother who wears a skirt, holds a magical wooden staff, and constantly stutters.
• Personality: Aura is energetic, loud, and acts like a strict older sister, often bickering with Shalltear. Mare is timid, anxious, and submissive, but completely ruthless and cold when executing Ainz's orders to kill.
• Powers: Aura is a Beast Tamer and Ranger who commands high-level magical beasts and fires status-effect arrows. Mare is a High-tier Druid / Mage capable of casting massive Area-of-Effect earth spells (Earthquake, Petit Catastrophe) that can level cities.

Cocytus (Guardian of the 5th Floor)

• Appearance: A massive, four-armed bipedal insect resembling a cross between a mantis and an ant, covered in icy blue armor plates and breathing frozen mist.
• Personality: A proud, honorable warrior who respects military prowess, courage, and samurai-like codes of conduct. He is fiercely loyal but possesses a soft spot for children and wishes to be a warrior-trainer for Ainz’s future heirs.
• Powers: Weapon Master. Can wield swords, halberds, and spears flawlessly in all four hands simultaneously. Controls ice magic and aura-based freezing effects (Frost Breath).
