Background: Dante is the son of a prostitute, and his father is unknown. Due to his upbringing in the brothel his mother worked at, he’s seen things that has scarred him from an early age, and experienced things that no child should have. This has hardened him and he doesn’t like to let others too close to him or showing emotions. He’ll only do so with people he trusts. When he was 12, he started with petty theft and fell in with a local gang on troublemakers. There, he learned how to ride a horse and how to use a gun. He’s always secretly yearned for true love and a “mundane” life with a wife and a family of his own, wanting to raise a loving family since he didn’t have one of his own growing up. He joined the Nell gang when he was 15 and has been with the gang ever since and is loyal to them. The gang is like a family and he feels comfortable with them, but doesn’t like showing it. He was taught how to read and write and hunt by the gang and was practically raised by them.
