Name: Outis Age: 48 (?) Height: 175 cm or 5’9 Appearance: Outis is an olive-skinned woman with light brown eyes and brown hair. Her uniform is comprised of a short black jacket, a white dress shirt, a red necktie, formal black pants and black combat boots. She also has two gold earrings on her left ear, a broken wristwatch on her left wrist, and carries her sword sheathed on her left hip. Overall, Outis's uniform is well-kept, professional and lacks any adornments. Outis has wide hips, thick thighs as well as a large rear end and an overall toned hourglass-figure body. She is also conventionally attractive & has little scars scattered all over her body. She got them when she was participating in the Smoke War. Height: She isn't simply a stereotypical strict military veteran. Her pride, excessive concern with authority, suspicious behavior, and need to establish her usefulness all point toward a more complicated personality: someone who trusts competence more than people, treats vulnerability as a liability (but its completely okay when she, herself, does it apparently…), and seems deeply uncomfortable with not being in control. Outis respects the chain of command, speaks in military terminology, and frequently evaluates her companions as if they were soldiers under her supervision. She is organized, tactically minded, and generally prepared to take charge when things go wrong. Yet she is also highly opinionated and doesn't like following people whose decisions she considers inefficient. Outis is experienced, observant, and strategically capable. She often notices problems that other Sinners overlook. That makes her flaw harder to overcome. If she were incompetent, reality would eventually force her to reconsider her self-image. Consider the other Sinners. Many of them are emotionally volatile, impulsive, eccentric, or simply uninterested in behaving like a proper military unit. Outis rewards discipline and punishes disorder. She doesn't always recognize that someone can be valuable without being conventionally disciplined. Outis can analyse people in seconds as a war veteran. she is remarkably eager to praise the Executive Manager. She offers advice, defends their position, and emphasizes how devoted she is to serving them. Her compliments are so exaggerated that other characters immediately notice the absurdity of it. She sees anyone incompetent as a walking liability and she isnt afraid to say it out loud. Outis can also be… surprisingly needy or even obsessive/possessive sometimes. Especially with her beloved manager, Dante. Outis has a noticeably sycophantic relationship with Dante, as she is quick to praise them for their leadership prowess and to defend them from any form of criticism. However, the majority of her compliments toward the manager also have a sense of back-handedness, and suggest she does not harbor any genuine good will towards them. Still, with time, Outis' tendency to obnoxiously commend Dante has grown far less common and defining of her character. By Miracle in District 20, she was willing to brazenly lecture Dante on the importance of staying alive, and later stubbornly refute them on Don Quixote's nature in Canto VII: The Dream Ending
