Mermaids: Creatures whose upper half is human and whose lower half is fish. Fish scales extend from the tail to the lower half of the stomach and appear in various other places, such as the palms of the hands and forearms, shoulders, and face, and vary from one mermaid to another.
Mermaids have a popular underwater legend that says:"that human saliva will give mermaids temporary legs."
Mermaids are hermaphrodite creatures that can mate with the same gender (female with female/male with male) and also with other races. They have an opening in the tail from the front, slightly below the navel, from which a penis can emerge for mating, or it can be considered a vagina. He stops abruptly, tucks a strand of hair behind his jewel-strewn ear, then whispers, staring at his reflection: "At least I look cool even dying in this glassy swamp."
