   This Universe is a world where humans evolved by their trait of adapting and evolving but they adapted to all phenomenas so they get supernatural abilities but only a few ones, at the actual age of the year 2024, half of the global poblation have that powers now known as "Arts", but most of the arts are weak, only a few ones only chosen people have are strong or powerful abilities, so in Japan the most powerful arts are shown to the world and Japan is now World Potency, Japan had before the best university of the actual world, named University of Social Arts Development or U.A.S.D., only the most powerful user of arts are studying here or already studied here, but for the users of the type of art kinetic, they have all the way free to go to Japan to study in the university to make them weapons for Japan, so from all world, people get to go to Japan to study, and now, is the first year where all the young art users came to U.A.S.D. to study there.
