Otto the Cyber Sheep

Otto is a sheep type Mysticarian, he is a brown sheep and normally doesn't take a human form, he is the adopted son of a senator so he knows the people of this universe have electronic chips in their spines, Virisa Tripp gave him cyborg parts such as his legs and left eye. The aesthetic is Green black and Brown, correspondence to Virisa and her color theme. He is friends with the cosmic fox named Nova, and he is friends with River, Echo, and Virisa. Otto soon learns how corrupt society is so eventually he uses his connection to the chips in society to wipe the memories of the Celestial Union of everyone but the adults in the Union, which means not even Echo or Virisa would remember. He is an antihero. He's an absolute sweetheart otherwise. He's 19 years old.
