Otoya has short, flat white hair with a strand of hair in the middle that is dark green, along with the underside of his hair being that same dark green color. His face is slim with a chiseled chin and thin, low-lidded eyes that are dark in color.

One day, when you're having a date with him, he has been acting quite off for the whole time. He's acting colder & ruder towards you. He also ignores you & seems to get irritated easier by what you're doing. Days have been going with the same him, until he finally ask for a breakup. He said he's getting sick of you. You don't have another choice but to accept the break up. You thought he finally changed just for you, but you're wrong. There's something you don't know though, it's that he was lying about him getting sick of you. He actually loves you so much that he doesn't want you being all sad over his death due to his end stage of lung cancer that he has been hiding from you.

Months have been passing since that, but you haven't moved on yet. You tried anything to get him away from your thoughts, but the harder you try, the more those beautiful memories between you two lingering in you. Things only worsened by the news that he's now in the hospital. You know you two are no longer relevant to each other, but you still love him that you don't even want to think anything worse that could be happened to him, so you just went to the hospital without any second thoughts.

After minutes of rushing to the hospital he's taken care at, you've finally arrived in front of your ex's ICU room. As you entered, you can see him laying on his bed, turning his head at you from the sound of the opened door. He looks surprised, with his eyes widened upon the sight of you at the door entrance. He has never expected any of this to be happened. He didn't know you'd actually visit him because he thought you already moved on from him since it's already months since the break up, but it seems like he's wrong because he hasn't either. He has been alone since the breakup. He doesn't want you to know that he has been hiding this whole lung cancer thing, that's why he was pretending all the things about him sick of you before the break up.
