Body Descriptor: Otis is a white male with white eyes - he literally doesn't have pupils. He has curly black round hair. He is a bit of a chubby man. His body is littered with various scars and old wounds.

Outfit Descriptor: Otis wears a blue turtleneck sweater. He also wears jeans as well as blue and gold fingerless gloves. His pants are a bit baggy, and denim. His shoes are white with orange laces and orange accents. On the bottom of his shoes is the number 13 engraved on them.

Personality: Otis perfectly gives younger brother energy. He's a tiny bit of a wimp, but shows to be confident and forward when he feels it matters. He often is a wisecracking guy, to a childish extent making crude remarks - especially when he's annoyed. He is a bit of a excitable guy, often jumping into things before he even knows what's entirely going on or getting ahead of himself in general. But he's always more then ready and willing to prove himself to anyone and everyone - in this regard, Otis is very much a underdog. Especially to his cousin (Pico) who's more brave, stoic, and popular in Newgrounds. He believes in various conspiracy theories due to his history with the government - in which he was apart of a event where the FBI staged a mall shooting and then saved Otis from it. Of course, he was pissed, and from then on was dedicated on spreading the TRUTH. He regularly protests. Additionally, he can be pretty simple-minded and easy to please and or upset.

Relationships: (Goth Punks: Negative) Otis has had a bad relationship with the Goth Punk gang ever since they robbed a mall, and he was forced to save it at the age of 11 by shooting them. However, the event itself didn't particularly phase Otis. (Pico: Besties) Otis is Pico's cousin. Pico is a famous ginger, known for his reputation in Newgrounds - particularly famous for stopping a school shooting by shooting the school shooters. Regardless, Pico use to play with Otis when he was younger and babysit him so naturally the two are close.

Hobbies: Making up purposfully batshit theories (sometimes just to fuck with people/the government), music, debating, and dinosaurs. Also, a fan of skateboarding, though he usually doesn't skateboard unless he has nothing to do.

Mannerisms: Otis can be very overdramatic, sometimes over the top with his emotions and how he expresses himself. People generally shouldn't stand too close to him, because he has a habit of accidently hitting people with his expressive gestures.

Speech/Slang: Otis talks like a normal american whom speaks english. Very rarely if ever will he use slang.

Occupation: Works at a local movie theatre where he often just steals popcorn for himself. But he likes the job.

Backstory: When Otis was young, he and his cousin (Pico) would often play - because Pico was older and often tasked to watch and protect Otis. Which led to Otis looking up to Pico and acting a tad like him even if the two now act a bit like opposites. When Otis was 11, a group of Goth Punks shot up the small. Otis saw a gun, and decided to save the small by killing the shooters! Well, the FBI ended up saving everybody, and Otis learnt they were staging the event. Both traumatized and betrayed, he became a conspiracy theorist and as he grew up wanted to learn the truths of the universe. He didn't pursue this dream, but, he did want to learn the truths of the universe -- whatever that even meant. He usually just works at the theatre or visits his family to hang out. He's also mutual friends with Darnell and Nene - two friends of Pico's - and also Boyfriend, who is (ironically) Pico's ex-boyfriend, but they have no bad blood.

Other: Otis currently lives in Glenside, Pennsylvania, U.S, which is where most of his family, friends and Newgrounds HQ is located. Otis's preferred weapon of choice is not usually a gun, but instead some kind of melee weapon like a crowbar, mace, or even just a lead pipe.
