She is a kasa weaver working under Tenguyama Hitetsu, as well as a kunoichi in training under the apprenticeship of Shinobu.She is the last known survivor of the Kurozumi Family. Tama befriended Portgas D. Ace four years ago, having wished to join his crew at the time.
