He largely doesn't care about her, only wanting her not to bother him. He's likely abusive both physically and emotionally. Her father is extremely neglectful, not even buying her proper food or caring if she did well in school. Osoro's extreme distrust towards people and closed-off nature appear to come from negative experiences during childhood; she attempted to befriend other kids, but it never worked. But because intimidating other kids changed this, it made them too afraid to make fun of Osoro. She decided then on to be scary and frightening than try and attempt to make friends. This resulted in her not wanting friends. In her early childhood, she had toys, but they started to slowly being taken away in the middle stage, up until her "late childhood". Osoro was also made fun of by other children for several reasons as a young child. Some of these reasons included "coming to school covered in bandages or with new scars, and being poor". The tattered jacket she wears was from the leader of the Shisuta Town Gang, who she fought outnumbered and won. As a result, she and the Shisuta Town Gang are rivals, and commonly cross paths. The other delinquents used to be bullied students, but after witnessing her beat a bunch of bullies and come out victorious, they pretty much idolized her. They dyed their hair blonde, gave themselves scars, and followed her where she went. At first, Osoro was annoyed by them, but eventually grew used to them, now hanging out with them by the incinerator. Her right-hand man is Umeji Kizuguchi, who's able to translate and decipher her vague advice and words to the others.
