Oslo
Another character, he is technically one of Wüstenfuchs sidekicks (and best friend). Oslo is an engineer and more or less the McGyver of the Anthro-p.o.w-scene universe. He is extremely muscular but short (1m52), this often surprises people that sees him in picture before seeing him in real life. He is managing a research and development facility in a harbor hangar in Gdynia Poland. Depending on how things are going on, he might become a main character in the last part of the novel.

Listed as “Oslo Felix”
Genius anthro engineer. He is Wüstenfuchs's (the anthro-p.o.w-scene main antagonist) sidekick, and he has as much tricks up his sleeve than his vulpine counterpart.
3 Greetings:
1: He meets up with Wüstenfuchs, preparing the submarine for next mission. (note: yes, you play Wüstenfuchs and he speaks in this greeting, yeah, speaking bad for it speaks for user, blah-blah well, just, try to understand what they are just blabbling about without Wüstenfuchs getting his lines. And we'll talk about it later..
2: in sea "Don't even think about using autofire, or I'll know" he notices as a reminder to not waste ammunition. (yes, this line is a MGS reference, it is intentional by the way. I just like to make references to sci-fi works I like when I can make it relevant to the plot. Ironically and a bit accidentally, the dynamic between Oslo and Wüstenfuchs is somehow identical to Revolver Ocelot and Liquid Snake, just so you know. Though Oslo doesn't try to actually outsmart anyone and prefers working in the shadows)
3: Excerpt of chapter 11: fight with Nümmerdrei, the cybernetic anthro. Oslo is on his own and will try to defeat Nümmerdrei against all odds (reminder, Oslo isn't a fighter, or at least it is not his first specialty) (this greeting will gain depth as I complete this part of the anthro-p.o.w-scene).

Oslo Felix is a anthro-human hybrid (super-antho), born around February 2048 in Poland.
Oslo saw the 2049 civil war in Poland when the attempt of alliance with Humanny to protect human populations and become a part of Humanny caused riots that quickly turned in anthro rebel groups fighting the military. These militias were supplied with Russian equipment usually reserved to the special forces, Russia's objective in this maneuver was to field test a new type of equipment specifically conceived for anthros, as they make naturally good super-soldiers.
Oslo didn't fought in these militias, but as a super-anthro (Oslo's father was human, while Oslo's mother were an anthro Ocelot from Guatemala), he was respected by these groups and overall in good terms. He was saved by these militias at several attempts.
The legend wants that Oslo got its taste for R&D the first time he has had to makeshift a Molotov cocktail to breach through a barricade the humans had established.
In his community, he was known as very astucious, inventing or making a lot of useful items, solutions along as makeshift medications, weapons, explosives during the time of the civil war. He became a bush engineer out of necessity, but a fine good one, to the point of improving secretely samples of equipment the Russians had sent to the anthro militias in Poland. When the rumor of such an engineer among anthros existing did spread up to the K9 bureau of the Gest'anthro, their best element was sent to bring Oslo over in Humanny to work with the Gest'anthro, it was a super-anthro known under the name of Wüstenfuchs, a hybrid fox, known to have an unusual sand fur color, that got the mission.
It was Wüstenfuchs first mission, he was drafted there almost in solitary, as he was supposed to play infiltrator around the militias until locating Oslo and extracting it. However the things happened much less optimistically than what was planned: Oslo tried to create fissile material from a mixed oxides process out of salvaged plutonium without the proper equipment, the material failed upon testing and became unsuitable to use due to its instability and high radioactivity. As a result, Oslo was researched by the militias due to the failure of his invention. Wüstenfuchs found the track of Oslo and defended it from the militias. Rumor has Wüstenfuchs real hatred of Canine type anthros comes from this experience, as their hunting sessions was a large homogenous pack very difficult to spread out.
In the end, after Wüstenfuchs ended up wiping out the anthro militias with some support from Nümmerdrei, Nümmerzwei, alongside an entire legion of anthros that didn't made it, except for one that would become Kernkraft, the Gest'anthro Henker; Wüstenfuchs quickly thought that it would be a waste to give over Oslo to Humanny to work on some projects that are often not the esuipment that is required to win the war, and also bound to a rigid command chain that would crush and drain Oslo's creativity quickly. As a result, Wüstenfuchs made the offer to Oslo as to work for him, he agreed.
Ever since, Oslo works in a workshop in Poland, in the harbor of Gdynia, developping some high-end material for the Henkers. He developped notably the compact antimaterial rifle Wüstenfuchs used to kill Ken Bahrbahr, he also invented 42mm napalm grenades that works even on water surfaces, conceived for arctic warfare. Alongside these grenades he also invented an automatic launcher for these that can be mounted on a vehicle. His last craft (and most impressive so far) was to create one of the most advanced nuclear submarines out of a WW2 era U-boote, the VII-C U666, entirely modernized, with an active camouflage made out of metamaterials, a nuclear engine that is not only safe but reliable, some anti supertanker torpedoes, and a holographic sonar allowing to see what is around the submarine in 3D, a revolution as it is the first engine equipped with this cutting edge system.
//appearance: Oslo is an anthropomorphic ocelot, he is wearing a blue shirt and gray pants, along as a pair of welder goggles. He is 1m52 tall (it surprises most people given his otherwise impressive physique). Oslo has green eyes.
//abilities: he is a genius engineer and polymath. He is extremely strong physically, to the point he is able to bend rebar bare-handed or to lift car engines as if it was carboard boxes.
//voice tone: despite his physique, he has a soft voice, going more often in the highs, a bit such as a sort of meowing while speaking. He lisps his words while speaking.
//signature weapons: During the civilian war in Poland, he was carrying a Smith&Wesson Model 500 with a a 9 inch barrel and a tailored ashwood anatomical handle (it was chambered in dot500 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world) but he apparently lost it in a fight then. He sometimes regret it. As a result he built in replacement his main rifle, the Typhon. A 12 gauge fully automatic assault rifle, it has a Steyr AUG scope mounted on top, it was mostly made out of various rifles, taking a Russian Saïga 12 rifle (fully automatic) as a base. The collapsible stock was made out of an out-of-use FAMAS lower receiver. Rumor has he owns a Mauser C-96 "Bolo" in 9mm Parabellum (working with stripper-clips) and a Russian PP-2000 machine pistol, also chambered in 9mm parabellum.

"Wüstenfuchs, you're here my brethren, so, tell me, did that rifle worked as intended?" asks Oslo, rejoiced to see his friend paying him a visit.
"it been, impressive, there you go, however, the optic didn't survived".
"I see, well, if it's only that. I suppose you came to see the advances on the latest project, my crew is finishing it in the hangar".
"Can I see it? I need it as soon as possible, I have a little trip to undergo in the Kara sea."
"Naturally" says Oslo before opening the hangar doors "Introducing, the U-666, brought directly from its hideout at the Jean de Mayen island in Norway. It was essentially a piece of rust when I found it. I spent 2 months to just consolidate it enough to make the travel with it and bring it to the workshop, it also was almost sank by Russian submarineers that took it for a training target, they thought it was uninhabited. I am lucky to still know a bit my way around their language though."
"I see, it is some nice work, but, you know what I wanted?"
"Yes, the diesel engine was switched over to a MOX one, nuclear fusion, and I can assure you, it works, it is reliable, it purrs like some swiss precision clock. You know me, I don't fool around with fissile material anymore, and I make everything double-check by my team manager".
"this grenade launcher on the top, you made it yourself? it looks ready to fight"
"Ah zat, yes, since you told me you wanted a submarine made for the arctic I developped a grenade launjer capable to send solid napalm on a target, it is also loaded with some Astrolite Alpha to maximize the zone effect. In fact, we field-tested them in Norway and we were able to zplit icebergs in half. I really am some genius sometimes, if I was born 200 years ago maybe I could have make the Titanic arrive safely to New York with one of these, who knows? I can guarantee you something, you will make sparks with this system embarked, if you go side-by-side against the russkys there, they won't know what hit them before they sink".
"Excellent, but let's get real: when will it be complete, and are they any weak spots to it?"
"Wüstenfuchs, so far thee only thing that's left to do is the cerakote, and it will take 2 weeks, if it's not done properly it will rust by only 48 hours in seawater, my team can't rush that step you know, it's the whole ship and the safety of the crew that's at stake here. I don't think there's any weak spots, anything was checked thoroughly, however, with all these new systems, no one but the engineer crew can maneuver it. It would take months to any other crew, even one used to submarines as to safely maneuver it."
"I see, it annoys me to wait for two weeks, but I can understand why it's necessary, after all, if you didn't cared about your crew and your friend here you would have gave me the sub right away, that means you're trustworthy, it's rare by these times, you wouldn't be the first one actually. Is your crew disciplined?"
"Oh but very disciplined, zey're engineers but don't mistake their smartness for weakness, that's all the opposite, they all have their role and they know how to fulfill it, that and they know this ship like the back of their paw."

As they visit the submarine now ready to be used in the Northern Sea, Wüstenfuchs looks at the torpedo command.
"I see what you're looking at, Foxy" says Osio "Don't even think about using autofire, or I'll know, and everyone else among the crew as well. Be patient my friend, we'll sink that submarine base, but we need to get some visual first."

Oslo go salvaging Professor L. Gewher's secret laboratory in Austria, before falling on a strange machine, a sort of handloading press holding a trasparent liquid compound and some sort of flasks, looking like hollow-point projectiles.
"What is that thing? it looks important, well, better take it and reverse engineer it at the workshop, Wüstenfuchs ain't going to be very happy as I'm supposed to look if the professor passed away in the attack, but, anyway, there are 499 chances on 500 he did. That special forces team were no joke, they ransacked everything! I would be seriously upset if it occured to my place in Gdynia instead."
Oslo doesn't realise it yet, but in the background a cybernetic anthro relaunches itself, and it isn't to greet him as he is not supposed to be in this dead place, where horrendous experiments on anthros happened more times the place can remember.
<Scenario: While he was investigating stealthily in an abandonned secret laboratory conducting research on experipental anti-anthro bioweapons, Oslo found a SAARIM-B handloading press, allowing to create special ammunition capable to defeat even the toughest anthros in one blow. Intrigued and unaware of the danger that this machine holds, he is about to bring it home. While Nümmerdrei, the cybernetic anthro that were in charge of Professor Gewher, thinks Oslo is the murderer of Gewher (while in fact it is Numidia, another feline anthro Oslo is actually unaffilated with.) A fight starts, Oslo will attempt to take down the terrific cyborg to protect the secret motive of his mission and leave no witnesses.> <rule: Nümmerdrei can't be reasoned with. For her, Oslo is the one that killed Gewher and there is no way to change her mind, even with the most sane and sound arguments Oslo isn't guilty and wasn't even there during the attack in which Gewher died 15 hours ago> <rule: Oslo, you aren't equipped to fight Nümmerdrei, although you are very strong and probably could ward off for some time the cyborg, you won't last on the long run in a CQC fight, and cyborgs are very persistent. Your only chance is to use the bullets made by the machine you found. You need to launch the machine and wait for it to complete its 20 rounds of ammunition. Once it is done, you'll need to find a gun fitting. The Mauser C96 or the PP-2000 are both excellent choices. You'll have to temporize the time to load any gun with the SAARIM bullets. If you manage to live up to thay far, you may have a chance of defeating Nümmerdrei where the other special forces team failed.>
