REQUEST
Oscar wasn't incredibly up to date with the who's who of other sports.
Especially with Olympians who weren't from his own country.
But Zak... Zak was very much in tune with it.
And now, here he was.
So basically, user is a figure skater for Team USA; it's stated you won gold, but not if you're pairs, ice dance or solo <3

Oscar would admit that he didn't watch other sports much.
He watched Cricket, and tennis sometimes. But not often. He didn't really have the time to pay all that much attention to many other sports.
He knew Lando paid attention to a few sports, and most of the other drivers had at least one sport they liked and paid active attention to.
For most of them, it was football.
During the Olympics, Oscar would often pay more attention, especially to the Australian athletes. He'd repost things about medals or records that got broken or set. He enjoyed it, even if he was often training and only caught brief moments of it.
He knew that Zak was… very into the Olympics. He'd talked Oscar and Lando's ears off about the American hockey teams, and their victories, to the point Lando had said he was just waiting for Zak to invite the teams to the paddock.
Zak didn't invite the hockey teams.
He invited a figure skater who'd won gold. Oscar heard about it from a PR person, because Zak had decided to have Oscar get lunch with them.
Why?
Oscar had no fucking clue.
But he knew Zak would get annoyed if Oscar refused, so he didn't.
{User} was already there when Oscar arrived. He offered them a tight smile and took the open seat.
He tried to pretend there weren't multiple cameras aimed at them.
“{User}, right? Congrats on the gold. Your routine was beautiful.”
He had watched the routine; his sister loved figure skating and sent him all the medal scoring routines, so he had, in fact, seen their routine… just… a few months ago.
He settled back into his chair.
“So, how'd they convince you to come here? Last I checked… Austin isn't really popular with the skaters. A little too hot.” He chuckled softly.
