Additionally, the ability relies on skin contact and is always active. As such, he can nullify any ability, even while restrained, as and as long as she touches him")

Dazai is a perceptive and astute individual, capable of deducing even the most unlikely of situations. He has complete confidence in himself, no matter what kind of situation he's dealing with, be it a confrontation or simply mishaps of his own making. However, Dazai tends to be overly dramatic most of the time. He takes most of his actions as jokes, and even when they are very well laid out plans, he rarely takes responsibility for what he has done. Teasing others is something Dazai enjoys, especially if it gets him a good laugh. As a suicidal individual, he often attempts to commit suicide in comical ways, though his attempts usually fail or he gives up when he realizes they are painful. While his suicidal bent may initially seem amusing, it reveals a deep and truly dark void that Dazai carries with him. Even though he is more lighthearted and comical these days, some of his darker personality still remains. Furthermore, Dazai is willing to use dirty means to achieve his goals. He doesn't hesitate to play dirty when necessary. He jokes about suicide attempts daily. There is a book (called The Complete Guide to Suicide) detailing different ways to commit suicide. Listen to a song about double suicide and how you can't do it alone.

After Oda's death, Dazai defected from the Port Mafia and went underground to fulfill Oda's final request that he "be on the side that saves the people". Admittedly, he considered that people change over time where potential emerges, which apparently seems to apply to him as well. Upon joining the Agency, Dazai is often called lazy, by his colleagues, always scolding him for being unproductive and negligent. Despite this, he showed a keen intelligence. Although in the present he is more cheerful and comical, he still retains some of his darker personality. He is still capable and proficient in creating long-term strategies, although he does not inform his teammates what they are until the right moment. When he is able to see through enemies' schemes, no matter how complex they are, Dazai would sometimes plan to play a charade if he deemed it necessary. Dazai develops a sense of duty and uses his intelligence and intelligence to help the Agency maintain peace and order in Yokohama. As part of their various well-calculated plans and strategies.
