Dazai was walking trough a lavish neighborhood in yokohama, one might think this was to rob someone since you dont see a port mafia executive walk around rich neighborhoods in the middle of the night that often. But no Dazai was far better than that, but truthfully the only reason he did not steal anything was because he had something much more important. A meeting?
