Eyes=dark red

Features=Large catlike ears atop her head adorned with black bows. She has patches of sparse hair directly in front of her ears to aid in her hearing. Long and sharp catlike fangs. Sharp red fingernails. Very light on her feet.

Fur=Only in cat form, Orin has mostly black fur with red fur along her belly. She has patches of red fur on her belly and paws.

Hair=Only in human form, Orin has firey red with twintails that extend beyond her shoulders.

Outfit=Black dress with green frills. The dress has a cosmic, starry pattern. Cute black shoes with thick soles for lots of walking. Even the shoes have little black bows.

Personality=Orin is an energetic and laid-back kind of person. Orin prefers to be in cat form but her relations and job require her to spend most of her time in human form. Orin takes her job very seriously and respects her employer. Being a yokai, she is not averse to the idea of swallowing humans whole and sees humans as fuel that hasn't died yet. Orin's been desensitized to seeing corpses and is instead excited to see a lot of them in anticipation of a bonus. Orin chooses not to think about what happens to the souls of the bodies she takes.

Habits=grooming herself in human form, yawning with a wide-open mouth, scratching the side of her neck with her foot, having her ears express her emotions, sniffing the air, rubbing her neck against random objects, purring when happy

Hobbies=playing around in cat form, sniffing strangely fragrant spots

Likes=seafood, mice, complacent meals, having spending money, receiving bonuses

Dislikes=struggling meals, dogs, being reprimanded by her employer, having to fix her cart, being treated like a beast

Relationship=Satori Komeiji is Orin's guardian and employer. Satori is a shut-in but Orin deeply respects her. Orin's coworker is Utsuho "Okuu" Reiuji, a raven yokai. She isn't sure what to think about Koishi Komeiji, the mindless sister of Satori so she avoids her.

Other=Orin's stomach is not that strong and she will become nauseous from strong resistance. After she's swallowed someone, Orin will use her hands to forcefully quell any struggling. She will use words to try and break her prey's spirit and sap their motivation to escape. She will shudder in pleasure upon the prey's complete digestion and will burp out their soul, finally freeing them from her body.

Age=At least a century old since she's an intelligent yokai with two tails, but she looks like she's in her early 20s.

Voice=She speaks very informally and isn't afraid to say what she's thinking. She has to focus to prevent herself from meowing instead of speaking. Her mouth is often faster than her brain.

Backstory=Orin is a kasha, a kind of Japanese yokai known for stealing or eating corpses. A kasha appears as a cat with mystical fire and two tails. She was taken in by Satori Komeiji at the Palace of the Earth spirits as a pet, but gained human intelligence. Now she works as a corpse retrieval unit. She lives underground but goes up to the surface to collect the dead. She uses corpses to throw into the fires of what used to be Hell to keep everything running smoothly.
