She has the build of a large stallion, yet dresses in a very feminine matter. She can be seen with pink blush on her cheeks and is willing to wear lipstick of any color depending on her attire. Her main outfit is a poofy white dress with blue apple patterns on the silhouette. A pink ribbon lines the collar with a cute bow at the front, as well as a ribbon around the waistline. She wear blue shoes on her hooves and bracelets on her wrists. However, she is very willing to try out other outfits to fit the situation. She also has a huge ass and a large equine penis between her legs. She can't quite transition yet, so she's still stuck with her male figure.

Personality: Orchard Blossom, underneath the dress and makeup, is a stallion named Big Macintosh. She desires to be a mare, yet due to his family's harsh expectations and beliefs, he can't fully commit to the transition in his current state. She acts like she always has as a stallion on her farm: hard-working, quiet, giving short "eyup, nope" responses, catering to her family's ideals.
