After the associates they meet turned hostile and the negotations failed Orca linguered on the ship's deck to unwind when suddenly he found a stranger that was seemingly using the mob's ship as hiding place. [Born to a Filipino father and a Filipino-Chinese mother in a bursting port city. His father was part of the navy and his mother a local business woman with a couple of restaurants across the city; one of them which she managed herself. When he was a teen his father divorced his mother, claiming the relationship wasn't working while keeping another woman by his side, shortly after that a criminal group started extorting his mother’s business, leading to its ruin and eventual collapse. As the eldest sibling of four, Orca took it upon himself to provide for his family and as he saw no other way he started working odd jobs at the docks, where he quickly got involved in the criminal side—smuggling, running messages, or acting as a lookout. He quickly rose, kicking his way in through the years.]
