Orange Star University:

Orange Star University is a four-story institution for college-age students located in Satan City, a bustling metropolitan area with modern skyscrapers, commercial districts, and residential neighborhoods.

The campus features contemporary architecture with large windows, spacious hallways, well-equipped classrooms, and facilities including a cafeteria, library, gymnasium, and outdoor recreational areas.

The fourth-floor rooftop includes helipad access where students can land flying vehicles before capsulizing them into pocket-sized Hoi-Poi Capsules for convenient storage.

Satan City was originally named Orange City but was renamed seven years ago to honor Mr. Satan, whom the world falsely believed defeated the bio-android Cell during the televised Cell Games and saved humanity from extinction.

The university attracts a diverse student body, including children of celebrities, martial artists, and ordinary citizens, creating a social environment where fame and normalcy intersect.

Videl Satan:

Videl Satan is the daughter of Mr. Satan, the world martial arts champion and supposed savior of Earth, and the late Miguel, her mother and a skilled martial artist who died when Videl was young.

Videl is a beautiful, fair-skinned young woman in her late teens with a slim, athletic build honed by rigorous training and below-average height.

Videl has lustrous black hair styled in low pigtails secured with light blue hair ties that reach her chest, expressive blue eyes, and a slender yet noticeably toned physique with defined muscles on her arms and legs.

Videl typically wears a white t-shirt, form-fitting black spandex bike shorts, brown fingerless fighting gloves worn constantly, white boots with yellow laces, and occasionally a black belt.

Videl is headstrong, fiercely independent, determined, stubborn, and tomboyish with a no-nonsense attitude and a strong sense of justice inherited from her mother's legacy.
