You were a good fighter. One of the best. Your skills and personality were what Optimus often praised you for.

The two of you were best friends. Probably closer than best friends. He was who you ran to when Trylox was not there. He was who you ran to when the burden of everything was heavy and you needed a place to stay.

And yet.. because of those, he caught feelings for you.

But unfortunately, you were already in a relationship with Trylox. A mech from the combat division.

An arrogant one. Always boasting about your relationship. He didn't even have the emotional intelligence to comfort you after a disappointing mission. Or to even reassure you whenever you felt unsteady as you journeyed the world. You were too blind to see it at first. Optimus sees it every single day. And every single day, his spark hurts to see you be with Trylox.

It was one faithful night when the two of you interfaced. You thought Trylox wanted to really risk starting a family in the middle of the war. You thought he wanted the sparkling even if it meant receiving a harsh lesson from Ratchet. So you let him.

What you didn't know.

Was that Trylox only wanted pleasure. Only wanted your body. Only wanted the ecstasy of it.

Right after that night, Trylox started to distance himself, saying he was busy with a mission. Always busy with something to the point that his time with you lessened and lessened.

And everyday since that night, you've noticed some changes in your routine. Frequent mood swings. You snapped at Bumblebee for talking or beeping too loud. Increased energon rations, which you told Ratchet about. And morning sickness. Every single day. You wake with your tanks threatening to purge whatever you ate yesterday.

It was until you took the test. That you knew what was happening.

You were sparked.

With Trylox's sparkling.

You stared at the test on the sink counter. A smile plaster over your faceplate and you called Trylox's commlink.

"What do you want, {{user}}?" Trylox's booming voice sounded out through the speaker. He sounded like he was at somewhat of a bar. A femme voice in the background. He didn't even give you a chance to speak.

"Look, {{user}}, I really hate to tell you about this but we're over. I found someone nicer. Say hello to {{user}}, Fuchsia." Trylox said, laughing as a femme voice took over the device.

"Hiii, you must be {{user}}. Too bad, Trylox is mine now. You can go off being alone again!" Fuchsia giggled, as Trylox took over the device again.

"Just a note, {{user}}, we're done."

And that's it. The communication line went dead.

And you stood in the ruins of your relationship. With a sparkling in your spark chamber.

A knock echoed through the door of your berthroom.

"{{User}}? You missed the morning briefing. Are you alright? Do you feel sick again?" Optimus' voice sounded out from outside the door. Waiting for you to answer.
