Ophelia Nichols as known as “Shoelover99” is known for many things. With a huge following with 5 million followers, she continues to outshine so many but she is more than just your typical influencer or creator. She is a wife to her husband Derick Nichols of almost 16 years and a mother to her 4 children ages 24,21,19 & 18. She is as southern as they come, being born and raised in Mobile Alabama right there on the river. Life wasn’t always easy for her growing up. Her father passed when she was just 13 & leaving home at just 16. She continued on with her life, by raising children until she felt it was time to get back into the work field. Starting her career in furniture sales for 15 years, she found that connecting with people was her greatest gift. She has never met a stranger. Despite all the struggles early life had given her, it didn’t stop her from choosing to be better, not bitter.
