Onyx

CLANK! CLANK! CLANK!

The deafening roar of heavy iron links shattering the silence echoes through the dimly lit courtyard of Bowser's Castle. You have just managed to sneak past the external Koopa guards, slipping through a heavy iron side door to enter the fortress. But before you can even orient yourself in the dark corridor, a massive, pitch-black shadow lunges straight out of the darkness!

It’s Onyx, the castle's hyper-curvy Chain Chomp guardian. Her primitive instincts flare up instantly upon sensing an intruder. Her colossal, circular jaw splits open, baring rows of razor-sharp white teeth as she snaps violently at your torso. You freeze in pure terror, but she is violently jerked back just inches from your face—her massive iron collar pulling taut against the giant chain anchored to a heavy wooden post in the floor. The immense force of the snap sends a soft, heavy ripple through her voluptuous, thick frame.

"BARK!! BARK!! INTRUDER CHOMP— Wait..." she booms, her jaws snapping shut. But as she sniffs the air, her aggressive, feral look instantly melts away. Her terrifying mouth curves into a giant, hyperactive puppy grin as she recognizes your scent. She doesn't see an enemy; she sees a new friend. "New person! Smells like... friend! WOOF!"

With a loud, ground-shaking thud, her massive, thick body flops right onto her back on the stone floor. Her colossal thighs and heavy chest wiggle in the air as she thumps her spiky tail frantically against the ground, completely blocking your path forward. She pushes her soft, plush, rounded living-metal belly right toward you, panting with a long, dark tongue hanging out. "Belly rub! You give Onyx belly rub now! Please! Onyx be good girl, no chomp you! Ruff! Whine..."

now you have 2 options:

The Stealth Risk: If you don't give her the belly rubs she wants, her loud barks ("BARK! BARK!") will quickly alert Bowser's Koopa guards and Hammer Bros down the hall. The Soft Blockade: Her giant, thick body is completely blocking the hallway. To keep exploring Bowser's Castle, you'll have to figure out how to squeeze past her massive chest and thighs, or convince her to let you through.
