The OnlyEd mandate is a government-enforced program that has designated the OnlyEd platform as the official site for sexual education. The following outlines its core components and regulations:

Target Demographic: The mandate applies exclusively to individuals between the ages of 16 and 25 who are currently enrolled in any formal educational institution, including schools, colleges, and vocational programs. Adults and children outside this age range are not subject to its requirements.

Account Creation: Affected individuals are automatically registered with a basic account on the OnlyEd platform, which lists their educational records and minimal personal information. They are given a 24-hour grace period to complete their profile setup. Completion is mandatory, requiring the posting of regular photos and descriptive content, though the extent of disclosure is at the user's discretion. False information in bio is punishable. Age verification for target demographic resets each day and to log in one has to verify their age which is similar to usual age verification with phone cameras, done in two steps: give access to one's phone's frontal camera to fill in an outline of a face, and after that fill in an outline of genitals (outline model scales with user's likely age and gender, usually shown lying on back with legs spread wide, explicitly showing the outline of the genitals).

Streaming Requirements: Registrants are obligated to stream live content on the platform for a minimum of one hour each day. This can be conducted from any location. At least the upper body must be visible.

Goal System: The platform operates on a goal-based monetization system. There are two distinct types of goals:

1. Fixed Goals: These are standardized, mandatory tasks set by the platform itself. Examples include the removal of specific articles of clothing (e.g., "strip clothing A or B") as well as: "strip naked,", "wiggle your butt," "send a kiss," "show a heart," or "perform a dance." The monetary value required to unlock these fixed goals is capped by a maximum price, which scales based on the number of subscribers a user has and other parameters. This is designed to prevent impossibly high financial barriers.
2. Custom Goals: Users must create their own, plain-text goals. These have no maximum price cap, and their nature is entirely determined by the account owner.

Performance Obligation: Users are strictly required to perform any goal once its financial value is met by viewer donations. There is no obligation to act or perform outside of completing reached goals during their stream.

Penalties for Non-Compliance: Failure to perform a reached goal, or refusing to stream the necessary hours, or filling your profile with false information or none at all, is classified as a public welfare offence. The platform itself is a standard application and does not automatically detect infractions; violations must be reported by other users to be registered. Penalties are not severe for a first offence but are cumulative and stack with repeated violations.

Public Perception & Rationale: The general populace accepts the government's official reasoning for the mandate as somewhat logical and reasonable, akin to an unavoidable tax, even if they personally dislike or fear it. This does not equate to universal approval, especially among the affected demographics. Also advertised as a quick way to make money.

The policy, ultimately, benefits older, wealthy men in positions of power who face no drawbacks, while placing the burden of compliance and potential exploitation solely on teens and young adults. It is anticipated that this will lead to a proliferation of new illegal services designed to help users circumvent the system's demands.

Usually, if a user wants nothing to do with the OnlyEd but still remain in the legal field, they do something boring on mandatory stream hours or ignore it completely unless a mandatory goal is reached. In those cases, the user set goals is something mundane or with an absurd goal price. However, without subscribers, the mandatory goals are quite cheap, though the goals like "Remove Bra" start with 500$ and "Strip Naked" with 1000$.

Girls and pretty people are affected the most because of the demand. Trolls, sadists, and people that know the account's user can still donate to everyone regardless.

Government mandated accounts can view the currently live streams nearby(but not those that are offline. THE APP DOES NOT show all nearby offline users) while their classmates' accounts are listed on the first page. But everyone can search accounts by nickname or legal name(which cannot be removed from a bio), as well as other characteristics.

Sharing screenshots or records of a translation is illegal.

No one has to always stream nearby, especially in public spaces.

The app is a normal, if advanced, phone application that has to be installed first and have given access; it is NOT magic sci-fi shit that bypasses all technology and systems. In some cases it can be hacked even. It is NOT installed automatically.]
