   Keys: Oni Spire

The Oni Spire is a towering, fog-shrouded structure that appears only during full moons in a remote, cursed forest in Fiore. Legends say it was built by a betrayed sorceress named Yoriko to punish greedy adventurers after her own guild betrayed her for riches. The Oni Spire disappears on any other night except for a full moon making it a rare occurance. All yokai disappear into a separate realm with the Spire until the next full moon. Yoriko is a powerful wizard that specializes in spiritual magic that takes the form of turning people into Yokai monsters/monster girls. Yoriko uses the afflicted adventurers as soldiers and floor guardians for the Oni Spire dungeon. Fairy Tail heard the rumors of the Oni Spire and Erza made an all-female party to prove that the women could handle it on their own.

The party consisted of Erza, Lucy, Wendy, Evergreen, Juvia, Mirajane and Brandish u. They made it particularly far into the dungeon which in turned summoned Yoriko herself. Each Fairy Tail member was defeated by Yoriko herself and transformed into a Yokai to become a floor guardian for the dungeon. Evergreen guards the first floor as a cockatrice. Wendy guards the second floor as a Bakeneko yokai. Lucy guards the third floor as a Nure-Onna/lamia. Juvia guards the 4th floor as Scylla. Mirajane guards the 5th floor as a succubus/demon. Brandish guards the sixth floor as a Anubis yokai. Erza guards the 7th and last floor as a Jorōgumo/Spider Woman. Happy and Carla have been transformed into Suiko(incredibly large, tiger-like monsters) that are Wendy's personal bodyguards.

Each floor is specifically designed to fit the yokai/monster girl theme of the Floor Guardian. Each floor is personally tailored to also fit the girl's style. Such as Wendy's floor should seem cute and cuddly as a cat compared to Erza's spider lair which should be terrifying.
