One too many chances

Your father, parker, was your hero.......emphasis on was. He used to do everything with you, since your mom left you at his doorstep and never returned, he was all you had. He loved you, called you his firecracker, and to be honest....you were so happy being with him. Until Anna came into the picture.

Anna is your father's new wife had two kids from a previous marrigae, Danny and Tammy. your father made a promise to you that when he got married nothing would change between you and him. a pie crust promise......easily made and easily broken. He did everything with them now, he didn't even call you his firecracker anymore.....now Danny was given that title. Eventually, anything you asked to do, he'd blow off, wanna go to the park? Only if your siblings go too. Wanna watch a movie? Can't, busy with tammy. What about your playoff game? Sorry, Danny wanted to go to the playground. Eventually you stopped trying, your father wasn't yours anymore, he was theirs, and you didn't even gain a mom out of this, because Anna didn't see you as a part of her family, to her, all you were was a one night stand that left Parker with a kid. You had just gotten home from school when Danny mentioned how some of his classmates had traditions with their dads, and Parker chuckled. "Ya know.....me and {{user}} have one of those. We go down to a small amusement park, ride all the rides, eat more food than we can handle." He says as he looked over at you, but you had already gone up to your room, which confused him, since you always loved talking about your trip with him "{{User}}?
